Nicholas perspective:
A smile was on my face when I went inside. All of them were standing, maybe wee were going. I stood beside Seth, who was just staring at the vase, maybe he was spacing again. I left him, I will talk to him later. Nora also came, she glanced at me tucking a strand behind her ear and stood just a foot away from the entrance door. I pursed my lips and looked away, keeping my laugh to myself.
"Nicho." I heard, violet calling me.
"Yes color?" I responded not looking at her.
"We are leaving you have to come too." she said, amusement in her voice. "Or you want to be here. Alright with me." She shrugged. I gave her weird look which she gave me showing her tongue. I rolled my eyes at her
"Nico, mom is calling you." Seth announced entering. I glance at the room, there was no one. I was thinking of Seth spacing, I lost myself.
"What she has problem?" I said.
"Everyone has a problem with you." Violette said sarcastically, I raise a brow at her, "Come on, then we have to go, eat ice cream." She said dragging me by my arm. All three of s were coming to the car together. Violette was glued to my arm and Seth was just walking. His eyes were there where mine was, Nora was standing there, Elizabeth's hand were on her back. She was looking pissed that I can tell.
"My kids came." Dad announced smiling.
She looked up at us, at me, I smiled, she scowled, I sighed.
"I am happy that my best friend daughter is marrying my son." My dad said. Seriously. I look at Violete and she was giggling. I smiled at her.
"Yeah, me too" David said, he hand on her back, she flinched so he put it down. That's odd. "Kids are grown fast."
"Yeah" Dad said slamming his hand on my shoulder, I nod. "It's always been my dream." Than he glanced at three od us and there was warmth in them.
"I-I like to go." She announced politely. She nod towards all of them and hugged James and Violet and went in the house.
"She is really like Sofia", dad said, Me and Seth looked at him but a little later David stared where she just went.
"I know" David whispered. I also stared where she just went.
What would happen to Nora's mother. She is dead that anybody can tell but why they never talk about her.
"I think we have to go now." Elizabeth said.
"Nicholas, color, Seth get in the car." He said, like we were 4,5,6.
"We are not kids, dad. Stop doing that." Seth said annoyingly. They all laughed. Biding goodbye to anyone I drove with them to house. Seth beside me and Violet in dad laps, sleeping. I exhale a deep breath.
Nora perspective
I was in bathroom looking at my face.
"NORA. NORA." I heard someone was shouting. I wash my face and get to living room.
"Yes dad." I said to dad, coming out of bathroom.
"Tomorow both of us are going together at the office. Than you are going to took a break for two months and shopping for your wedding. Did you complete Mr. Jamison project?" My dad asked after calling me in his study, I shake my head, "Complete it and than took rest, hmm." he patted my head, I didn't flinch. He smiled I smile back, and walk out and went in my room.
I get in my sleep gown and open the file. I have to complete it. It's been two hours they have been gone but that guy doesn't want to get out of my head. I spined my office chair and leaned my head back, staring out of window. It's almost midnight.
"Are you going to tell me about revenge thing?" He asked, I looked at him and scoffed.
"No, and its not like you are my husband." I said and touched my forehead and walk away but he grab my wrist and pull me close, our chest met.
"I am going to be soon." he said and let go of me, smirking a me. I don't want to say but I missed his warmth his hand on mine. He smiled and walked away.
I smiled thinking about him. It's going to be interesting marriage. Really interesting. I was staring out of window, spinning my pen on my fingers. I was smiling. I heard my door lock open, my smile flattered I turn around and she was standing there. Hands bind behind her back or something was behind her back. I narrowed my eyes at her and being seated.
"So you are getting married with the handsome and rich man. Great. Just the way I want my daughter to marry one." She said locking the door and step towards me.
"Than married her with him." I said to her in cold tone, she smirked. Her face was only inches away from me. She trailed her left hand on side of my face.
"dear, you are already marrying him," Sana said rolling my strand of hair. She tucked it hard, I winced, "And my daughter don't take left overs." She pushed me. My chair hit my dressing table. Sana pull out a dagger behind her back and put it on my neck. I just stare at her. She cut my neck little while staring in my eye, than remove it, I breath. She stood straight and went over to the window, staring far, far away.
"What do you want?" I asked, touching my neck. She let out a laugh a little, I stood up and take some stops closer but still far away from her.
"You know very well what I want, Nora." She said, "More than anyone know." I didn't understand her. She never spoke to me like that. Sana turned around and slapped me. I turned my head to the side, she pushed me on the chair again, I hit so hard that all my things fall down. "Never ask this ridiculous question that what I want." She hissed. I dizzily looked at her. She crouch down, and started to tied my hands and legs to the chair. "You remember," She said put the dagger on my warm bare leg, softly, my hair all over body stood up. "You asked me the same question like this years ago." She said smiling at me, a twisted smile.
If I want I can kick her with my leg, If I want I can steal the dagger from her, If I want I also can slap her. But as I said, there are something we aren't allowed to do, they were one of these. And this, this I can't do it. She is one a twisted, psycho, crazy woman that can do anything, can even kill my own father. I lost my mother but I can' lost my father now. I pull my face close to her.
"You are one twisted, psycho woman that I never want to fight." I whispered and another my screams were in the house. She was dragging the dagger all over my legs.
Whole house knows what she do to me. Dad, Lucy, housekeepers, gardener, guards, mates everyone. yet no one came to save me, so there was no one for me. I can bet my screams can go to all over the moon.
"You were alone, You are alone and you are going to be alone." She hissed. She's right.
I was alone, I am alone and I am going to be alone.
