"I'm up for it." Marton said as shaking Drake's hand.
Seeing that her father was willing, Violet also shook Drake's hand.
They all looked towards me with questioning eyes.
"I mean, what's there to lose." I also shook Drake's hand.
"Well, now that's out of the way. What do you guys say about doing the hardest quest on that bord?" Drake asked.
"You don't mean." Marton tried to ask but then Drake Interrupted.
"Yeah, that's right hunting goblins."
Marton looked confused.
"Yes, indeed goblins are a tough adversary. But isn't there a troll hunt quest?" Marton asked.
Drake glared at him.
"Not just any goblins, you fool. We are hunting a big fish, the goblin lord."
"But you said on the bord. You have to directly ask the guild master to do that one."
"You know what I meant, and plus."
He slides a sheet on to the table.
"I have it right here."
The piece of paper had an image of an ugly looking short creature, with long ears that point into the sky like antennae, and a crown on its head.
"If we are doing this, then I need a sword." I say
Everyone looked at me in confusion, as they looked down to my waist.
What are they looking at? I look down to see the sword from the bar still on my waist.
Oh no, I forgot to give it back. I guess I'm so used to having a sword at my waist that I didn't even notice. Not to mention this was the first time I left that place so I completely forgot. Wait, maybe he wouldn't care, just calm down, and play it cool.
"Oh yeah, I guess I forgot that I still have my sword on my waist." I say
They all looked at me like they were staring at a fool. There's A bit of pity and regret in their eyes, yet none of them said anything which only made the situation more awkward.
I clear my throat and ask
"What's the plan?"
After saying that, Drake spoke up.
"The goblin lord's fort is in the northern plains. We will have to take a wagon to get there, and even then it will take a day."
"So then, if all of you are ready then let's get moving." Marton said
