"First thing that we will start with is dissecting Morgath. I am concerned about what he is going to try to pull since he has a hard-on for just destroying Havencrest. Would be nice to know why he feels the need to do all this as well," I said with everyone sitting around the table in the meeting room that was set up by Fiona. "I am ready to hear everyone's ideas."
Fiona was the first to speak up. "As I mentioned earlier, Morgath was once an influential advisor in the kingdom that stood where Havencrest now lies. His banishment and loss of power are likely the main driving forces behind his desire for revenge. He sees the destruction of Havencrest as a way to wreak havoc on those who wronged him."
Lachlan chimed in, "In addition to his personal vendetta, he may also see himself as restoring some semblance of balance. He might believe that by merging the shadow world with ours, he's correcting a fractured reality, even if it brings chaos and suffering along with it."
