Alessia's mind feels heavy; memories of her past resurface. The orphanage, the car rack, her moving across the country. She opens her eyes and realizes she is lying on a bed in a dark room. Her hands and legs are tied tightly with ropes, and she can't move. Alessia tries to scream, but her voice fails her.
Suddenly the door creaks open. Cronus enters with two guards, a wicked smile on his face. Alessia's heart races as she tries to free herself from the ropes.
"Well, well, well, look who's awake." Cronus chuckles darkly as he approaches the bed.
Alessia looks at him with hatred in her eyes. "Let me go! You have no right to keep me here!"
Cronus tilts his head, amused. "Oh, my dear, but I do have every right. You see, you belong to me now."
Alessia's eyes widen in terror. "What are you talking about? I'm not yours! Let me go!"
