The resounding and deafening thunder boom trembles through the underworld's bowels, reverberating off every wall like a giant drum. Its sound is quickly followed by a blinding streak of lightning, showing its firey veins to the world below as it thunders across the tremoring sky.
Alessia looks up from her training and puts the staff she was wielding against the wall. Was Lucien planning on attacking the underworld again?
Isadora approaches Alessia, "Alessia, you should head back into another palace. That thunder wasn't caused by nature, but a God."
Letting out a sigh, Alessia picks up her staff and follows Isadora back into the palace. Deep down, she knew who God was, and it was Zeus.
For now, she will let Hades deal with it, and she will go back to her room.
It's been a few days since Zagreus left, and the hole in Alessia grows with each passing day. She has spent a lot of time reading and practicing her powers. Her army and Isadora follow her like a shadow.
