"Where is Verena?"
I ask the troop beneath a scowl. My lady is missing. She is neither in the tent nor with the troop. The magus V is resting in his own tent which means they are not together. Then, where could she have gone to while I was out to look for some flowers nearby as she requested me?
"Apologies, My Lord. We have not seen Her Majesty" These useless humans get on my nerves always. "Did anyone witness her leaving the tent perhaps?" I add another question. Now the men glance at each other. Are they hiding something from me? "Speak up"
Impatience driven by concern, pushes my gaze to gleam with fury. "Her Majesty stepped out of the tent, My Lord. But we do not have clues on her whereabouts. She seemed to be in rush" Bowing, they inform. Fueling my worry. Just where did she go alone by herself?
