The Falcon8 vehicle landed in an alley outside a block of residential flats. Frank once again glanced on the screen before him that had displayed his status after being scanned by the vehicle.

So he lived in BroadPath Street in apartment 3. The vehicle's doors slid open as the AI appreciated him for taking a ride with Falcon8. He alighted and looked around. He was delighted to once again be within human habitation. How long he was away he couldn't tell but he simply felt grateful to be in a 'normal' place again.
He saw a boy of about 15 years riding a bicycle from the other end of the alley, two blocks away and he stood there looking at him. The boy rode past him so fast that he did not get a chance to say hello as he had planned.
"Another human at least!" he remarked and moved towards the nearest gate that was facing him. There was a huge flat with three stories up. He looked at the door right near him. He could clearly see bold number 3 engraved. He walked to it without further hesitations. He saw on the door something like a scanner and an image of a finger print so automatically he placed his finger.

The voice rang as the door slid giving him space to enter. The house was simply gorgeous. The front porch not so big but still spacious with two flower vases on either sides. He looked at the well furnished living room and could not stop wondering who lived there. To his surprise on the wall was his own portrait with a smiling face. He realized he had almost forgotten how he looked like. He moved closer to the picture and memories flowed back of when he had taken it.
Frank quickly made a tour of the house. There were two other rooms apart from his master bedroom and a kitchen and washrooms. The living room interjoined with the dining area and further to the left was the study. He lived in the ground floor of the flat.
"I wonder who my neighbours are!"
After refreshing in the washrooms and changing into clean clothes Frank entered the kitchen and prepared a meal for himself.
"I guess this is the new life then!" he said as he finished eating his meals in silence. Then he rose and entered the study room. He found a laptop. He opened it and it requested to scan his eyes for password.

"Zu Shi are you everywhere?"
[Yes Frank, are you bored with me? You can change the settings and choose a different voice for me if you like]
Frank marvelled. He didn't expect the AI to be able to tell the surprise in his voice. Seems it could identify his emotions as well.
"No need to change!" he said before hesitating then he added, "I like you that way."
"I would like to surf the internet to know more about this era and my mission," Frank offered.

The computer changed and various pages opened. Frank read through as he scrolled from one page to another. He gained quite a lot of helpful insight on how the government was structured and what they were expected to do as citizens of the new era. But one thing kept appearing in his mind which he didn't find in the articles he read.
"My grandfather told me about an ancient kingdom and the Dark Lord. He made me understand that i am some kind of a royal. Why am not seeing any kingdoms mentioned here? Why am I not mentioned anywhere?" he asked.

"That is it, please display!" Frank felt invigorated seeing such information existed on the NURONET. The page opened and he quickly went through it. However, he did not find much differences from what his grandfather had told him. He learnt that there was an ancient king who got only one child a daughter who was to be his heir. But the Dark Lord would want her soul so bad because the child was destined to bring his ruin. The said child would be mated to a man also appointed by the gods and the two would slay the Dark Lord. The man is referred as the king from the time beyond while the lady as the queen from the Old living in the future.
To make this prophecy stand a seer had instructed the king to send the girl child into the future. A special couple was selected from earth to raise the child. The said seer is described as one who translated himself into the future where he personally took charge of the boy to ensure he grew up to pursue his Destiny.
"Grandfather! Could this seer be my Grandfather?" Frank suddenly remembered the only relative he had known his entire life. Seems he was the one described in the article. He scrolled to the other page and what he read shocked him.
"The seer would ensure the boy grew into a man. At the appointed time he would lead his paths to meet with that of the daughter of the Old one so that the two would forge ahead together! Once he accomplishes this, the seer would return to his kingdom for an important and last task beckons his attendance. In place of the Old one he would see to it the coronation of the daughter of the Old one!"
Frank was in a daze! His grandfather was the ancient seer! It seems he has returned from where he came from! But what is this about coronation? Is he Noel the one being crowned queen? How?
At that instant, the system notified him of the latest.
