Ding!
The communication finally arrived. Frank had left the government service centre a while ago. He was now lying on his couch, waiting. During this time a lot had passed through his mind. Quickly he tapped the wristband and a screen appeared before him.

Frank looked at the profile of all the team mates he had been assigned with. There were two other males, one 25 years and the other 20 years. Then there were two ladies each at 19 years. Then he was There, 22 years! Each of their skills were listed. All five of them were ordinary subjects beginners. He did not see anybody with a special ability. He scrolled to the next page of the screen.

Reading through slowly Frank understood the mission and the rewards.
"Why the hell does the government require ostrich eggs?" he pondered. Upon seeing the highlight on the unsafety of the zone he remembered the task he completed in the sand harvesting plains! Definitely there would be more monsters in BlockFarm Forest. He calculated the gains and saw that if they complete the mission successfully each will receive 50 points increase in their total attributes! They would also each pocket 100 credit points!
"Just from one mission and I will be close to a breakthrough! This is worth it. I must be prepared. He took his laptop and browsed information about the monsters found in BlockFarm Forest. Nothing much was detailed but that they were mostly Primary 1 evolvers but there were chances of bumping into a few Primary 2 beasts.
He then checked online if there were any guides on using swords. He found various video tutorials and watched them repeatedly. Then he took the sword he had bought earlier that day and went on the porch outside behind the kitchen. Slowly he began practising the moves as he recalled them from the tutorials. After so many attempts and moves, he began feeling that he had grasped the moves. His sword now moved swiftly and flawlessly slashing through the air.
Shoop! whoop! Whoosh!
He continued with his practice until late into the night. Suddenly when he stopped.
Ding! A notification rang through.

Amazed! Frank was overjoyed. Not only had he gotten an ability just from training but also increased his attributes by 12! He also had advanced the ability all the way to level 4!
He took a bath, ate and slept soundly. He was ready to face the beasts the following day!
Frank was an early riser. Before dawn he was up and decided to do some more exercise. He recalled his old man teaching him on meditating. Sitting cross legged on a mat in his room Frank entered the state of meditation. He soon found himself in an open space with nothing in the vicinity. Only white mist surrounded him.
Then from the mist came a figure of a man. His face was covered. After standing in front of him in a stable posture he uncovered his face.
"Grandpa!" Frank called in amazement.
"Listen my grandson, you are doing well. But you need to speed up and level up as fast as you could. Remember, even though you are a royal, you must be made! That is why you must go through all the evolution stages and increase your race. The path ahead of you is thorny. Do not fret you are not alone!"
With that, the old man was gone! Frank wanted to cling on him and ask him a lot but he had already vanished. He suddenly jolted back to reality and he was panting.
Ding!

The system notified him!
"Great, am now at 30 total attributes! The journey to 100 is not that hard!" he thought.
He left his house at exactly 6 in the morning and a quarter an hour later reached his team at their designated meeting point. All the others were already there. Before he could even greet them, one of the men spoke.
"You sluggard! You keep us here waiting for you for these 30 minutes! Who do you think you are?" Frank's outstretched hand fell back to himself as he stared at this guy. His memory from the slide told him this guy was the 25 year old male in his team. His name was Muro.
"Sorry Muro, I think the task starts at 7. We still have 15 minutes!" he then greeted the others who were just standing silently. They all but Muro responded well.
"Alright let's move. We turn left into the forest in 10 minutes!" Muro roared. Everyone knew what they were supposed to do as it was all clear from the communication device. Furthermore, nobody had been selected as the team leader and obviously Muro took over seeing he was the oldest.
"Zu Shi, what are the stats of this man," he asked his PDA silently.

"Not bad! But am still ahead of him in all attributes!"

The personal digital assistant informed Frank. He now secretly knew the attributes of a his teammates. A smile appeared across his face.
"What's so funny you pig!" Muro sneered. Frank had not noticed that the guy was paying a close attention on him.
He quickly wiped the smile away and moved on in silence. They were already at the BlockFarm Forest.
"Look out!" Linda shouted just as Muro was about to step across the borderline. He fell over instantly panting!
