The King of Hell Qin Shi Huang sat upon his throne, stern and unmoving. His pale skin shone in the dark chamber, illuminated by a single beam of light that shone from the heavens. Despite his stoic demeanour, his eyes betrayed the strong mix of emotions that raged within his heart.
He felt proud of Yu Feng Ning Zhi for taking the brave step to fulfil her promise and return home. He felt sadness at the thought of his court having to endure her absence. But above all else, he felt a fierce resolve to carry on in her wake, ruling with an iron fist to keep all those in his kingdom safe and secure.
He knew no matter the situation, he must remain steadfast and unwavering, for he was the King of Hell and his word was law.
