Derek sighed as he went out of the library. He wondered why the lord had been pissed about the letter- because he had told him about the reason for calling upon the men so they could launch an attack.
An attack on the princess, to deal with her for betraying him.
Derek didn't know if this was because the man felt betrayed or had some grudge against the princess, despite showing care to the princess whenever they met.
He shouldn't even feel betrayed, when he was here also with that woman and they had done more than what the princess would have done.
An eye for an eye.
So why was he getting furious to the extent that he wanted to harm her? Was it because he was angry that she didn't give her first time to him and gave it to her bodyguard?
Pondering on it, Sebastian must have misunderstood the content of the letter. Derek had gone through it when Seb had crumpled it and dropped it to the ground.
