"H...he... help....h....he... help....h....help me, I can't breath!"
She touched her heart, "...he... help....h.... help me, I am afraid of darkness." She asked for help but the shadow of the man suddenly vanished into the dark classroom.
But she could not take the complication anymore. She closed her eyes and hoped for someone to rescue her from her death.
"Raelynn Lyla!" A loud, horrible voice called out her name as she could hear footsteps approaching the classroom. He seemed to be afraid and frightened that he might lose her.
No one answered until Nevaeh Nova and Kiran Kareem noted that one of the classrooms was dark and wide open.
"Where are you? Raelynn Lyla!" Her best friend's voice rang in the empty classroom.
"Raelynn Lyla!"
"Wake up Raelynn Lyla!" Kiran Kareem shouted.
He gently tapped her pale face, yet, she remained unconscious. Kiran Kareem cursed repeatedly and thought of taking her to the nearest hospital. Nevaeh Nova turned the flashlight on her phone on and looked around the classroom for Raelynn Lyla's backpack. When she saw it, she quickly picked it up.
Aside from the school's security guard and Nevaeh Nova, there was nobody else around to help him.
"Young master, what happened to her?" A young man emerged from the halls and rushed into the classroom.
"She's unconscious, we need to rush her to the nearest hospital now!" Nevaeh Nova said as Kiran Kareem picked Raelynn Lyla up and carried her to the vehicle.
The young man opened the passenger's seat and let Kiran Kareem and Raelynn Lyla enter the car as Nevaeh Nova occupied the front seat next to the driver's seat.
"Drive as fast as you can, Ted! We need immediate medical attention!"
"Aye young master!" The man replied and accelerated.
Nevaeh Nova took out her mobile phone and hesitated for a while before calling Lily Wyatt - Raelynn Lyla's mother and informing her of the situation. She texted her the name of the hospital they were headed to.
Ted then looked at his young master through the rear view mirror, he saw fear, anguish and sadness. He murmured softly, "He's changing," and looked straight at the road ahead.
Upon reaching the hospital, Kiran Kareem carried Raelynn Lyla inside and called for the nurses. Nevaeh Nova and Ted accompanied the both of them. Three nurses saw him and attended to him.
"This way, sir!" One of nurses said as she pushed the hospital bed.
