This particular night was the shortest ever for Isadora. She lay beside him looking at his face. She had to admit that he had the sharpest of features that any woman would Fall for, but she wanted him for herself!
She drew the sheets closer, the simple action reminding her of last night's activity. He had made love to her again after saying the magic words that echoed in her mind as if he had said it a few seconds ago. Now a queen, Isadora's dream had never been so closer. Her coronation as the new ruler of Crescia would be held in a few days and she planned to announce her plans with Alexander that day.
She felt him shift in the bed before his long eyelashes fluttered open. A smile lit her face at how cute he was while sleeping which had him raise a brow.
"What makes my wife smile?"
