"I don't understand, what…wha...What do you mean by that? What do you mean that you are my new neighbor? What the hell happened to Mr Brown? He's my f**king neighbor!" Sydney's hardly the type to stutter. However, the situation she was in right now, coupled with the way she was burning with rage inside, couldn't stop her from throwing so many questions at Shane and many more that she wanted to ask.
"I know this is hard for you to take, Syd, but I'm your new neighbor now. We can keep acting like strangers, like we don't know each other. I think I'm at least about 30 feet away from your house, so you don't have to feel threatened by my presence here. it's not even like I'm a thief or something. If you don't mind, I have to keep this inside, excuse me" Shane said so politely and it irked Sydney so much at how calm he was while saying that.
"What the hell, Shane?" Sydney hurriedly zoomed past Shane and stood in front of the entrance door, hindering him from being able to enter the house.
"You really think this is a joke? If you thought for a goddamn minute that you coming over here, and doing this is going to make me want to change my mind, and then go back to see Mom and Dad before they divorce, you should know that is still certainly never going to happen" Sydney stated loud and clear to Shane.
"You know you are so lucky that you are my brother and older at that because I swear to God I would have incapacitated you right now. I don't ever want to see you near me for real this time" She moved from the door angrily with her clenched fist and began to walk away from Shane.
"Sydney, wait! Syd! Sis!" Shane called, yet it did not affect Sydney to make her put a stop in her track when he called her sis. She could have at least paused for a second to show that she still likes to be called sister by her own brother. Or does she hate Shane so much now that she doesn't want that happening anymore?
"Oh God, what did I ever do wrong? I think this was a terrible idea. What if she decides to move?" Shane lifted his worried face towards Sydney's direction, as if he could read what was going on in her mind and know her next move now they'd be living as neighbors. He watched her disappear from his sight entirely and he didn't go further to call her as she clearly wouldn't answer.
At one point when she was still walking away from him, he had this thought of going after her and holding her back for them to talk things out. However, since Sydney threatened to have him incapacitated, he just knew that he couldn't do that. It would rather only piss her off further.

The huge loud sound that the door made after Sydney got into her house, and shut it with such powerful force out of anger was enough to bring the entire house down. But she failed to give a damn f**k about that. She was too mad to care if the house came crashing down.
"Aah!" Sydney screamed, grabbing the pillow on the couch in the living room and throwing it against the wall. The innocent pillow facing her wrath, instead of Shane, who made her mad in the first place, fell to the floor and was paralyzed waist down due to the way it was thrown against the wall, if it had happened to be a living being.
"F**k! F**k! F**k! Ugh!" Sydney yelled again and picked up another pillow. She threw it against the wall too as she did to the other one and then dropped to the floor on her butt and began to tug at her hair.
If only Shane knew how she was feeling right now, he wouldn't just move out right away, he would be boarding a plane and moving out of the country instead ASAP.
Her attention diverted towards the window all of a sudden and feeling like Shane could be watching her from there, Sydney quickly rose on her feet and ran to cover it with the curtains. As she was doing that, she paused a bit to peep at him, still picking up some of the stuff that he came with and entering his house.
Sydney must have peeped too much or probably too long because she failed to realize that Shane might notice her.
"Sh*t! Sh*t, Sh*t!" She mumbled under her breath when Shane suddenly turned around with the box in his arms and looked at her house. She doesn't know if he caught her peeping, however, she did know one thing. She shouldn't have done that, she shouldn't have peeped. How stupid.
"Maybe he didn't see me" Sydney murmured under her breath, yet decided to peep at Shane one more time, she was being extremely careful with it this time. She sighed and closed the window with the curtain, noticing that Shane wasn't outside anymore.
It's a good thing he wasn't outside anymore. Having him as her neighbor now is going to cause her nightmares at night. No doubt.

Ellie was surprised to reach the coffee shop and realized that Sydney wasn't there. And it left her wondering what could be the reason why she's still yet to arrive. She didn't take Roman to school today, so she's supposed to be here before her. Why isn't she?
She tried calling Sydney's phone, however, it was inside her handbag and it was here in the coffee shop with her because Sydney forgot to take it back from her, as she appeared to suddenly be in a rush when she was just about to take Roman to school earlier.
Ellie thought Sydney wouldn't come to work again, since she was late. And she might still have something urgent to take care of as she mentioned earlier. But the coffee shop's bell dinged immediately at the thought of that and someone came in and it happened to be Sydney.
"You came, I thought you weren't going to. I dropped Roman off safely. He's scared his classmates won't want to play with him anymore after he hurt that Ray kid. So he kind of asked me to stay with him in school today so we could play together" Ellie giggled, recalling Roman grabbing her by the leg and pleading to her to stay with him.
She would have loved to though, however, she's totally way past that.
"Remember last night when you asked me the worst that could possibly happen if we chose to stay this time and not run away from anyone, Ellie?" Sydney completely asked a different question from what Ellie expected, and it made her brows furrow instantly. Why is she asking her that?
"Yeah, I remember asking you that" Ellie paused with the plate that she was washing to listen to Sydney attentively more. She was staring at her with this look that she couldn't understand. It was kind of a troubled look.
"Well guess what? The worst happened. My overambitious brother, who's intent on bringing me back together with my family just moved into Mr. Brown's house, and he's currently our new neighbor. Don't even think that he'll be moving out anytime soon"
"What?!"
