2010 October,
Savannah stepped out of the car, feeling the cold wind she hung her umbrella over her head and made her way towards the cemetery.
She walked slowly through the muddy floors of the cemetery. She suddenly stopped once she reached a tombstone which engraved, Adam Hilton. February, 1989 - November, 2009.
'I wish I could've saved you that faithful day', she thought before kneeling down and breaking down in tears. She wiped away her tears and brought out a bouquet of roses and a note from her bag. The note read in simple words, ' I'm sorry '.
" I'm so sorry Adam, I wish I could've been a better sister", Savannah weeps as the rain poured harder and harder.
After a few minutes, Savannah got up, picked up her umbrella and made her back to the car.
While on her way home, Savannah's phone began to beep. She picked up her phone and answered the call. Their conversation went like......
" Hello, who is this?"
"Have you forgotten me already? I'm Nathan. Can you recall me now?"
"Why are you calling me. I've told you several times that you should severe all ties with me".
" Why should I? When you you haven't given me what I want".
" And what could that be?"
"Oh Savannah, you have such bad memory, that's why I fell for you in the first place". After those words left his lips Savannah couldn't believe it, she immediately cut the call then switched off her phone.
'No matter what..... Nobody can find out the truth'. Savannah thought, before suddenly shouting, " Stop the car !". The driver stopped the car and before he could say anything, she said, " Take me back.....Back to the house".
