As Jay approached the capsules, his heart was pounding in his chest. He knew that he was about to come face to face with something extraordinary, something that he had never seen before. As he peered inside, he was struck by the sight of three small figures curled up inside, their pale skin a glowing contrast to the dimly lit cave.
Jay has always had a soft spot for children, and his paternal instincts are a strong motivator for him to care for them. Despite his violent tendencies, he is very protective of children and would do anything to ensure their safety and well-being. He believes that children are innocent and pure, and they should be protected at all costs.
Jay's motivation to care for the children is partly due to his sense of duty as a leader and protector of his community. He sees himself as responsible for the safety and well-being of those under his care, including the children. He is also motivated by a desire to create a better future for the next generation. He wants to ensure that the children have a chance to grow up in a world that is free from the violence and chaos that he has experienced.
There are personal experiences that have influenced Jay's feelings towards children. When he was young, he lost all his friends in an accident leaving him as the sole survivor out of the other children around him, and he was forced into an endless cycle of guilt. He knows what it's like to lose people, to lose close friends, and he doesn't want any child to be alone. He also remembers the kindness of others who helped him during his darkest moments, and he wants to pay that kindness forward by helping the children in his care.
Jay's paternal instincts are key to him. Despite his violent tendencies, he is very protective of children and would do anything to ensure their safety and well-being. His sense of duty, desire to create a better future and personal experiences all contribute to his strong motivation to care for the children.
Carefully, Jay lifted the first capsule out of its slot, cradling it gently in his arms. He could feel the weight of the child inside, but it was surprisingly light. As he carried the capsule towards the cave entrance, he felt a surge of protectiveness towards the small being nestled inside.
When he emerged into the bright sunlight, Jay paused for a moment, shielding his eyes against the glare. He looked down at the capsule in his arms, then at the other two still inside the cave.
He knew that he had to be careful - the children inside the capsules were unlike anything he had ever encountered before, and he didn't know how they would react to the sun's rays.
With trembling hands, Jay carried the capsule out into the open air, watching intently to make sure nothing would happen to the child. In the light, he could see the child's black hair and pale skin more clearly. The child's eyes were closed shut and gave it a tranquil expression - Jay had no choice but to feel a surge of protectiveness.
Slowly, he carried the child out into the open, scanning the horizon for any signs of danger. He could feel the child's warmth through the capsule's membrane, and he knew that he would do anything to protect this small, fragile creature.
As he moved towards the lake, Jay felt a sense of wonder and awe. These children were unlike anything he had ever encountered before, and he knew that they were to be protected at all costs and their future guided by the hands of a God like himself. He felt a surge of gratitude towards the universe for bringing him here, and he knew that he would do whatever it took to keep these children safe. Hurriedly he used the [Intermediate Personnel Package] and had those that exited the spacial distortions watch over this little girl.

He wanted to rush back to pick up the remaining boy and girl, willing to take any risks if it meant getting to them faster.
Jay took a deep breath and set his gaze once again on the mountain looming before him. He knew that the climb ahead would be treacherous, with his panicked mind acting as a burden, but he was determined to rescue the remaining two children from their prison.
He began his ascent, his fingers gripping tightly onto the rocky surface of the mountain as he hoisted himself up step by step. His heart pounded in his chest, and sweat dripped down his face as he pushed himself harder and harder.
The wind whipped around him, threatening to knock him off balance, but he pressed on, his muscles straining with each movement. He didn't pause for a moment to catch his breath, he had no time to be taking in the breathtaking view of the landscape below.
Despite his exhaustion and muscle aches from the earlier climb, Jay was undeterred. He continued his climb, his movements becoming more erratic and wild as he showed nothing but concern for the children waiting for him. As he reached the upper reaches of the mountain, he spotted the cave once more.
The cave that Jay found himself in was dark and foreboding, with jagged stalactites and stalagmites jutting out from the ceiling and floor. The walls were rough and uneven, with streaks of mineral deposits and moss growing in patches. The air was damp and musty, with a slight chill that sent shivers down Jay's spine.
As he ventured further into the cave, he noticed that the air grew increasingly stale and oppressive. The darkness became absolute, and Jay had to rely on his heightened senses to navigate through the cavernous passages.
Jay approached the remaining 2 capsules cautiously, taking care not to disturb the children inside. This cave was haunting and otherworldly, containing strange wonders and mystery. It was quite a shock to him that such adorable creatures would be confined to such a place.
With a burst of energy, he made his way towards them, his heart racing with anticipation. As he peered into each capsule, he could see the two children inside, just as innocent and vulnerable as the other he had rescued before.
Filled with a sense of accomplishment and pride, Jay carefully removed a capsule from their resting place and began the descent down the mountain, the capsule safely cradled in his arms. Despite the physical exertion, Jay felt a sense of exhilaration coursing through his veins as he made his way back to the safety of the valley below.
His work was not done as he would have to make that journey once more to receive and rescue the last child.
As Jay descends the mountain for the last time, he feels his muscles start to ache and his eyelids droop. The exhaustion of the past few hours of hunting, killing, and climbing is catching up with him. But he can't give up now, not when the lives of these three mysterious children are at stake.
While he was still tired and exhausted he used his recruitment rights as soon as he reached the lake and gently lowered the last capsule.

This time above his outstretched palm a small spacial distortion appeared and an abundance of scrolls landed in his hands.
Seeing this he at once dumped the carcasses from within his inventory onto the ground.
He found that he had been lucky to gain both the butchers and the tailors right as he needed them, especially since with his talent they would work more efficiently and with more skill using the 30% increase to all attributes and abilities to support his territory.
Jay had carefully inspected the carcasses of the creatures he had hunted, meticulously selecting the ones that had the most valuable materials.
However, Jay had no choice but to waste a large portion of his kills, mindful of the fact that his inventory could only hold a limited amount, so he had to be selective in what he kept.
The Giant Boars provided him with ample meat and leather, the Stallions had valuable pelts, and the Vampiric melons had seeds that could be used for medicinal purposes. Of course, the small serpents he killed that had an almost negligible trace of dragon blood were the most valuable as their blood had healing and strengthening abilities as well as hard scales that would fit perfectly on a piece of light armour.
Jay brought the carcasses to the butchers, who swiftly got to work skinning and preparing the meat. The tailors were tasked with washing the hides and transforming them into clothing for Jay and the three children.
Jay was impressed with how well the two groups worked together, with the butchers separating the meat from the bones and the tailors cutting and sewing the hides into clothing.
The process was efficient, with the butchers making use of every part of the animal. They even took the bones and boiled them down to create stock for soup. The tailors were skilled in their craft, working quickly and precisely to make sure the clothing fits well and was comfortable for Jay and the children.
Despite the limited materials available, Jay was pleased with the results. The meat was cooked to perfection, despite the lack of spices to give it flavour. The clothing was warm and sturdy, providing ample protection from the elements.
As he watched his team work, Jay couldn't help but feel a sense of pride. He had created something from nothing, providing food and clothing for himself, the children and his recruits. It was a small step, but it was a step in the right direction towards building a successful territory.
Looking at the lack of materials around them he sent the soldiers and architects to collect more in much the same fashion as Liam, but Jay decided to let them hunt while they were at it.
Jay was unable to help much with these matters specifically when it came to cooking and because of his extreme exhaustion.
The architects would, once they returned, use the relevant materials to build recruitment zones and houses.
Jay's body felt as if it had been pushed to its limits. The muscles in his arms and legs were screaming with exhaustion, and his chest heaved with each breath.
Jay turned and took in the breathtaking view of the mountain range stretching out before him. The sun was beginning to set, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink, and casting long shadows over the rocky terrain.
His mind was a whirlwind of thoughts as he contemplated the future. He felt a weight on his shoulders, knowing that he was now responsible not just for himself, but for the children he had rescued, his friends and family, and his newly recruited team.
He also has to build a thriving community and defend it against any threats. The weight of this responsibility is heavy on his shoulders, but he takes comfort in his abilities and he trusts that Liam and the others will do well too.
His mind still racing with plans for the future, Jay knew that for the time being, he needs rest. He finds a relatively dry area of grass, lays down next to the children, and closes his eyes, the exhaustion finally overtaking him. The sound of the wind blowing through the trees and the distant chirping of crickets lulled him into a deep sleep, his body ready to recharge for whatever challenges lay ahead.
