He had a good habit of reading newspaper daily after returning from his practice. He opened The Daily Chronicler. Besides some political mumbo jumbo there was a murder case news. The news informed him that in the nearby small town a wolf somehow managed to jump up to the third floor of a restaurant and by breaking the glass window of a room forced itself into it. There two lovers - a man, the local bartender named Andrew Oslon and a woman were asleep when the wolf attacked them. Mr. Oslon died of heart attack whereas the wolf tore the woman' head and four limbs. The head, limbs and the clothes of the woman were missing. The corpse of the woman was unidentified because there was no identity proof in the woman's body. There was no missing complaint in the town nor in nearby towns, so it was very hard to find the identity of the victim. There were certain bloody claw marks on the floor of the hotel room and the windowpane and the railings, which were similar to that of a wolf's. Of course, wolves' attacks were increasing in this small town. Sixty wolfpack sightings and fourteen wolf attacks were reported by the inhabitants of this small town. But this was the first vicious murder case related to the wolfs.
John smiled after going through the news. He did not feel anything. Nothing. He was a master at that. Feeling nothing.
