Breathing sounds resounded slowly from a dimly lit corridor—a couple of meters long. Its tune, crooked and roughed, quite akin to starving street dogs. A heavy mist seeped from that same source, emitting from a mouth… rotten to the core.
"Intruders… Humans… Source."
Those red eyes sprung open in the shadows, harsh breaths coming to a stop, pausing for a passing moment as the person glared out from the abyss.
The figure crept back into its shadows. Only the monotone noise of its step resounded. The feeling it left was of the unreal. A sin upon existence itself.

"What the hell is that?" Eltic exclaimed with his eye agape, as he stared at the cube that appeared from thin air.
The object just floated above: not doing anything of worth. Yet the energy it wielded proved it wanted to do something.
It needed a switch, only a simple command for all heavens to break loose.
