Roselle was still lost in her thoughts thinking of what she did that would warrant Tina's wrath when she heard the doorknob turn, she glanced up and saw Santiago who stood framed to the door, hesitating.
Lana's eyes flew up, galvanizing in excitement.
Roselle stood transfixed for a moment seeing Santiago. She didn't know what to say to him at the moment just as he didn't know what to say and when he finally called her name, her heartbeat picked up.
"R.. Roselle" Santiago spoke.
"Santiago," Roselle called.
Oblivious of Lana, Santiago stiffened, his heartbeat racing.
Somehow he managed to carry his feet to the centre of the room where Roselle stood facing him.
A sudden anxiety captured Santiago and he began telling himself that there was no reason to talk to her, since she was safe now, it would be better that they part ways since he has no right to the company again.
