"He is..." Patricia was about to begin but luckily for Santiago, Roselle's cell phone rang to interrupt the doctor.
"Hello, Nina," Roselle spoke after picking up her call.
"Ma'am someone sent you a bouquet."
"Who is that?"
"The name of the person was not written here. It must be one of your office workers or probably your sympathisers."
"Oh, is that so? I will take a look at it when I return."
"Ma'am the person who sent it is here too, and he insists he wants to see you in person," Nina added.
"You know I'm in the hospital, I can't leave here right now."

"Good," Roselle responded and ended the call.
"Who is that?" Anxious Santiago asked immediately not just to know who it was that called and why he called but to keep interrupting Patricia to stop whatever information she was about to lay.
