Chapter 43- A Woman In Silver (Part 3)
Nodding his head without asking unnecessary questions, Akio approached her and extended his arm toward hers. The woman stared at him and then at his hand.
"I have never thought a day will come where I will have to touch the hand of a lower being."
"Me neither." Akio retorted and then shook his hand, signaling for her to hurry up.
"Sigh, when I touch you, close your eyes and think of the status window."
"Got it."
Then, Seraphine pushed her hand forward hesitantly and touched Akio's. The moment they connected, a weird shock ran through Akio's whole body. He didn't know why that was but the feeling was quite peculiarly good. The sensation of Seraphine's hand was amazing. The softness of her skin, the gentle, smooth fingers, and the coldness of the palm of her hand, it was all beyond perfect.
'Compared to my hand though…' Looking at his own, Akio felt the urge to laugh.
