"So, Gia, how do I navigate my way to Matron Valentina's office?" With eyes fixated on the mansion, Afina asked Gia.
"No worries, my deity. It's my duty to help you out as much as I can. I will walk with you inside until you get closer to the office where I will be waiting out in the lobby." Gia explained.
Afina tapped her forehead lightly. "Oh, pardon my forgetful brain. I think you told me this already." She mused and Gia only smiled.
Walking to the mansion's entrance gates, they were halted by the guards questioningly.
"Matron Valentina sent for High House Scholar Blue." Gia spelled out.
Afina was suddenly glad she came with her because she had grown an irk at the questioning by the gates.
Her encounter with the entrance gate guards wasn't so promising. They ask all sorts of dumb questions even after seeing that she was in the High House Scholars uniform.
They were doing the same even now.
