"Hi." She grinned and then froze, unsure of what to say to the men.
The look on their faces showed they weren't surprised to see her.
"Are you Blake's girl?" A chubby one with a protuding belly waved at her.
She had no idea what he meant by 'Blake's girl' but since she was associated with Blake, she nodded.
"I am."
A clap resounded immediately.
"Ah— come in, come in." she was ushered to walk completely in by the chubby one speaking to her.
Hesitatingly, Afina shut the door, praying she wouldn't get into some kind of trouble after.
"You are a beauty!" A very skinny guy said to her with admiration in his overly big eyes.
A gasp came next. It was one of those Afina was used to hearing.
"By the stars! Her eyes! Her sclera is blue!"
Another man supported the laid-down notion. "Her eyeballs. Heavens, it's the color of her hair!"
Okay, this was starting to get her uncomfortable, Afina thought.
