Song Ruoxin left her room once Qin Yumei's calls came in. Qin Yumei was waiting by the balcony overlooking the stairs and foyer. She stepped away from the railing as Song Ruoxin got closer.
"I took longer than expected, I am sorry. I hope we are not late," Qin Yumei said as they continued down the stairs.
"it is alright, we still have time," She replied with a smile.
Qin Shoiming stepped out of the study and walked towards the stair just as Song Ruoxin And Qin Yumei stepped down the Stairs.
"Dad," Qin Yumei whispered and looked away.
Qin Shoiming paused and glanced at both of them, "you two are headed somewhere?"
Qin Yumei nodded, "Yes, we are going to the cinema".
"Oh," he glanced at their thick jackets, "It is good that you dressed warmly. I won't keep you, be safe out there".
"Thank you," they both chorused and took a few steps forward.
