Qin Shoiming shook his head, "It is alright". Although he was surprised by his cousin's words, he did not take them to heart, "It has been over two decades, I am used to that".
Meng Liqain stared at him silently for some seconds then nodded. "So are you going to the Ministry of Works banquet?"
"Yes, I should at least show my face since I missed the bid. Are you going?"
"No, I need to go to B city for a conference on web safety but brother Zhe will be there", Meng Liqain nodded to the tall bulky man in the gray suit seated by the wall.
