Kevin and Jane had just finished their shift at the shop, after series of non stop complaining and occasional fights between Kevin and Jeffery everything had officially ended. Kevin and Jane stepped out of the building, with the sun having set hours ago and darkness enveloping the city. the sky was now a deep shade of blue, and the almost crimson moon was hanging conveniently in the sky. The streetlights illuminated their path as the walked, but as soon as they turned into a dark alley, the light became scarce and the shadows cast eerie shapes on the walls around them. Jane shivered from the cold air of the evening, and Kevin noticed her discomfort.
"Do you mind if I let you have my jacket?" He offered but she shook her head refusing his kind offer. "Thank you, but I'm okay."
