After knocking and while waiting for Pride to open the door, Micah took a moment to reflect on how large the door was. He hadn't noticed it since it was still small in comparison with the rest of the house. But the door felt a lot bigger than average now that he stood right in front of it.
Micah didn't have time to think about it more since Pride, who had waited for them to knock before unlocking the door, was finally opening it. The door cracked open and swung outward. Doors swinging outwards were harder to kick down. Micah didn't have any plans of breaking and entering into Pride's Mansion, but it was a habit to make a note of such things.
The door stopped moving after being opened enough for Micah to step to the side and peek into the opening.
Micah realized why the door was so big after he took a few moments to process what he was looking at. He looked up and saw the bearded face of a giant man.
