Lyria puffed her cheeks out and pouted, her bottom lip sticking out some. "Don't make fun of me."
Koda's eyes zeroed in on Lyria's pouted lip, his instincts taking over to bite her, and just like that he did.
"Ouch. What was that for." She backs up and puts her hand to her mouth covering it.
Koda was dazed by his own action as well.
"Sorry, I don't know why I did that either. It was so sudden, and you were so cute, my body moved on its own. I'm sorry about that. I'll leave now, I think I need some fresh air." Koda left and went outside for a bit to calm himself down, not wanting to wait for her reply either.
It was only a light bite, but it was the sudden intimate closeness that surprised her. Koda walked away and Lyria couldn't say anything to him. She didn't know what to say or do so she went back to work.
Koda was only gone for a little bit but he still needed to make supper. He spent most of the day with Lyria he almost forgot he already had meat, he just needed to prepare it.
Two hours later and the food was done. He called Lyria over to eat since he made plenty.
Lyria walked out rubbing her shoulder and looking drained.
"Don't push yourself Lyria. Sit and I'll massage your shoulder."
"Thanks." She sat down and began to eat the very bland meal. She made a face at the food in front of her. Looks like she's going to have to give Prince Koda some cooking lessons. Still, it's edible.
When Lyria finished the food in front of her, Koda stopped giving her a massage and went to eat his food.
"I just want you to know I'm not mad or anything. I was just surprised, but please try not to do it again, okay." Lyria smiles sweetly at Koda before leaving to continue her project.
Koda smiles lightly back at her.
'I really thought she would hate me for acting so rashly but looks like I was wrong.' Koda shakes his head like he's shaking off all the negativities.
Koda cleans up and even took a bath before he noticed Lyria never came back to bed.
He went back to the workshop and saw her doing something different this time.
'Didn't I tell her to take it easy?' He was a little upset with her stubbornness.
He left to prepare her bath. Got a change of clothes out then went back to get the troublesome kitten.
Lyria was surprised by the sudden movement when Koda came out of nowhere and picked her up.
"Wait a moment I'm almost done with that piece." She tried to fight against Koda but failed.
"I told you to take it easy and to not stress your body. You're still in recovery so take better care of yourself." He put her down next to the tub of warm water.
"You can strip yourself and get in or I can do it for you, choose?"
"I can do it myself." She turned her back to him and began to strip. Koda walked off and got the things she liked to bathe with.
"Mmmm, this feels nice." Lyria slips into the slightly warm water.
Koda came back and did what he remembered Lyria doing last night. When he finished, he went behind her and started to massage her neck and shoulders.
So much tension left her that she fell asleep once the exhaustion hit her. It couldn't be helped, she worked herself a little too much.
It took a while before Koda realized Lyria had fallen asleep.
He shook his head and did his best to wipe her down before getting her out, dried, dressed, and in bed.
He will always be attracted to the little beauty, but it gets easier to stay in control of himself the more time he spent with her.
'She sure is a stubborn but determined little thing.' Koda watched her sleep a little longer before transforming into his tiger form and curling up next to the bed.
