Chapter 29 - A Flailing Distraction

They'd spent two days sailing, and half of another finding where the ship would be hidden. Aaron Strumpet decided that afternoon he'd docked inside a sacred cavern bordering near D'treroh embassy. Razmyr and Strelitzia headed east for the armory on foot. The girl needed some muscles in her legs anyway, they reminded him of toothpicks. Behind them, James followed.

At first, the plan was for James to babysit the princess, but later decided someone else was a better fit for the job. While his third in command was injured, he wouldn't be much of a match for multiple people let alone Ja'ule again.

"Walk faster." Razmyr demanded after noticing Strelitzia was sluggish and falling behind James who was supposed to guard their backs.

Strelitzia tried to pick up her pace but found her legs wouldn't cooperate. Everyone else had training and was much more adept at this kind of thing. "I'm trying." She huffed.
