Stella's POV
I liked spending time with Stella for some reason. She is very cute. She looked so fucking cute wearing my hoodie that I just wanted to kiss her.
Aurora appeared to be obsessed with her; she was always giggling and playing with her. When I tried to take her up, she began whining, which annoyed me. But I adore seeing them together.
We had completed our project. Stella was about to go. She hasn't paid attention to the project since Aurora entered the room. forcing me to do it.
"Well, my driver is here; I'll leave now; see you tomorrow," she added, hugging me on the side because Aurora was still with her.
"I'll walk you down the stairs," I murmured, forcing myself down and them to follow.
I turned to take Aurora from her as we reached to the front door, but Aurora only scowled and nestled closer to Stella.
This little-
"Aww, don't worry, I'll come visit you soon," Stella said to Aurora in a baby voice. Stella gently drew Aurora away from herself and handed her to me.
Aurora's eyes welled up, and her lips began to quiver and cry. To calm her down, I began rubbing her back.
"Oh no, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you cry," Stella apologized to Aurora, as if she can understand. After hearing Aurora cry, my mother arrived quickly.
"What happened, dear?" My mother questioned as she took Aurora from me, which calmed her down. "She burst into tears because Stella was going," I stated.
"Oh, she probably doesn't want you to leave; why don't you remain for dinner?" Stella grinned when my mother inquired.
"I'd love to, but my father and brothers will be arriving shortly, and I need to get home before them." "I promise I'll visit visit her when I'm free," Stella said.
"Oh, you'd better go home before your troublemaker brother does." "You are always welcome here; take care," my mother said as she hugged her. "Thank you; you, too," she said, hugging her back.
"Bye, Aurora," Stella said as she waved goodbye. Aurora responded by slowly waving her small hand. My mother went to her room with Aurora, leaving us alone.
Stella bid goodbye to me and was about to go when I asked, "Wait, aren't you forgetting something?" "Really, what did I forget?" she asked, checking her pockets for anything she had forgotten.
"My hug," I replied, gazing at her. "What?" she said, looking at me. "Umm, you know you were about to give me a hug before and you said you would after changing but you never gave it," I said, suddenly embarrassed, and my cheeks began to heat up.
why the fuck did i say that?
"Oh I didn't expect you to be a hugger waiting for my embrace," she laughed, making me feel even more humiliated, but I quickly calmed down as she crushed her body against mine and gave me a firm hug.
"I'm glad you're my friend now," I muttered into her ears, nestling into her strawberry-scented hair.
"Oh, me too. Do you realize you're my first friend?" she said, holding me even harder. Because she was home-schooled, I knew she didn't have any friends.
"And you smell like strawberries," I said, which made her giggle. "Yep, most of my stuffs are strawberry-flavored," she replied as she drew me away from her embrace, and I missed her body against mine right away.
"I have to leave now byee," she replied, smiling and waving. "Text me when you get home," I yelled as I observed her walk towards her car.
She raised her hand in the air, indicating a thumbs up. causing me to smile. After her car drove away, I shut the door.
With a smile on my face, I made my way to the kitchen. When I arrived, I noticed Mom seated in the chair, her eyebrows lifted and a cheeky expression on her face.
"What?" I asked, grabbing a bottle of cold water. "Seems like my son is in love..." she sang, making me chuckle at her childishness. "No, Mom, she only come for the project," I clarified.
"Yeah, whatever, I think she's the perfect girl for you," she replied, hopping from her chair and walking towards me, placing her hands on mine. " you dont have to force your self to not love any one just because your first one failed. I can see it in your eyes that you have something for her, Alessio." "Give it a chance; she is the perfect one for you." "I love you, dear, and I just want you to be truly happy." "Think about it," she added before walking away and kissing me on the cheek.
Maybe she is right...?
