Goosebumps rise on the back of Aurora's neck as she stared at her uncle who was grinning from ear to ear. As he analyzed her throughly,
"This was what I was hiding you from, from this Ill fated world of the underworlders. That was why I needed you to train and master you talent to prevent situations like this from occurring." he mildly look past aurora, to serene who was still standing behind aurora but some feet away. He referred to her as the 'situations'.
"And for just how long will you keep giving me that bullshit story as a cover up for your true intentions, Uncle?" Aurora questioned. She didn't understand where the sudden courage came from, but she was glad it had come at the right timing.
The chief was starlted on her question. His gaze weavers from Aurora's and they landed on Serene. "You mustn't believe anything this people say they are not family. They'll say anything to get you be on their side-"
