Arlo quickly teleported both of them into the hospital ward in the space realm. Elena's heart pounded with anticipation.
As they arrived, Aisha and the medical team were already preparing for the awakening process. The pod gracefully opened, revealing Elena's father, now free from the clutches of the zombie infection.
Elena rushed forward, tears of joy streaming down her face. "Father!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with relief and gratitude.
Her father's eyes fluttered open, his gaze meeting Elena's. A weak smile graced his lips. "My dear, I am fine now", he whispered, his voice filled with emotion.
Arlo observed the touching reunion, a sense of fulfillment washing over him. Saving lives and reuniting families were the reasons he fought tirelessly against the undead.
Elena's father turned his attention to Arlo, his expression one of profound gratitude. "Thank you, young man. You have given me a second chance to live."
Arlo humbly nodded. "We are a family now and you don't need to worry about anything here. There are no zombies in this place. You can live a peaceful life here."
And then he turned to look at Elena and said" Elena, now you know everything about this place, please explain everything to your father."
Elena gently nodded and said" I will inform him about everything."
Arlo smiled and said, " When you are done, come to my mansion."
"Aisha, show them their mansion." Aisha replied, "Yes Master."
Elena then heard something that made her blush, "Father-in-law, now I shall take my leave first, please take a good rest."
After saying that, he teleported himself into his mansion.
Elena stood there, momentarily stunned by the realization that Arlo had referred to her father as his father-in-law. Her mind raced with questions, but she reminded herself of the commitment she had made and the extraordinary circumstances they found themselves in. Taking a deep breath, she turned to Aisha.
"Please, lead the way to our mansion," Elena requested, her voice filled with a mix of curiosity and uncertainty.
Aisha nodded and teleported them in front of a magnificent mansion. It stood tall, exuding an air of elegance and grandeur. The mansion's architecture was a seamless blend of modern design and timeless beauty.
Aisha opened the doors, revealing the opulent interior. The rooms were tastefully furnished, and every detail spoke of comfort and luxury. Elena couldn't help but feel a mix of awe and gratitude for the life they were about to embark on.
"This mansion is now yours," Aisha said with a warm smile. "It is equipped with everything you may need, from basic amenities to state-of-the-art technology. Make yourselves at home."
Elena's father, still in awe of their surroundings, finally found his voice. "This... This is beyond anything I could have imagined," he said, his eyes filled with wonder. "Thank you for your generosity."
"There is no need to say that all these mansions were built for my master's wives."
Elena's father inquired, " Just how many wives Arlo has?"
"My Master doesn't have any wives other than Ms. Elena, but in the future he will have 5 more wives."
"But why does he want 6 wives?"
Aisha turned to look at Elena and said, "Ms. Elena will tell you everything about that and everything you should know about this place."
"And Ms. Elena, please do not forget to visit my master after you explain everything to your father."
"I will be there a few minutes later.", Elena smiled and said.
"Father you are still weak take some rest." while saying this Elena helped her father to lay down on the bed and begin to explain about the space realm.
Elena watched as her father settled comfortably on the bed, his eyes filled with anticipation. She took a deep breath, realizing that it was time to reveal the truths about the Space Realm and Arlo's unique role within it.
"Father, there is something you need to know about this place," Elena began, her voice filled with a mixture of excitement and caution. "This place is called the Space Realm, it is separated from our space. We were teleported here when I accepted Arlo's offer to become one of his wives."
"This place was created by an organization called Reinforcement. And Arlo is in charge of this Space Realm. Everything you see in this place has been built to help him protect humanity from zombies."
"This place has some rules of its own. I will tell you about them later."
Her father looked at her, his eyes searching for understanding. "Do you really want to become his wife?"
Tears welled up in Elena's eyes as she embraced her father. "I never wanted to marry a person I don't know, but at that time, when you were bitten by a zombie, I felt so hopeless because I didn't want to lose you."
"But at that time he came to help us and I am very grateful that he did."
"It doesn't matter if he loves me or not, I am his wife and I will do my best."
Her father's gaze softened, and he reached out to hold her hand. "My dear Elena, if this is the path you have chosen, then I will support you wholeheartedly."
Elena wiped away her tears and stood up. "Father, Aisha mentioned that I should visit Arlo after explaining everything to you. I should go now. He will be waiting for me."
Her father nodded, a smile of understanding on his face. "Go, my dear."
With those words of encouragement, Elena left the room, her heart filled with determination. She was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead and to stand alongside Arlo and with his other future wives to protect humanity.
Elena walked through the corridors of the mansion, her steps filled with a mix of nervousness and anticipation. She had been told to visit Arlo after explaining everything to her father, and now the time had come to face him once again.
As she approached Arlo's mansion, her heart raced. She took a deep breath to steady herself, then knocked on the door. It swung open, revealing Arlo standing inside, his expression a mix of concern and warmth.
"My wife," Arlo greeted her, his voice filled with genuine care. "Please, come in."
Elena stepped into the room, and Arlo closed the door behind her. The room was spacious, adorned with elegant furnishings and a view overlooking the vast expanse of the Space Realm. It was a reflection of Arlo's status and power within this realm.
Arlo motioned for Elena to sit down on a comfortable sofa. She obliged, feeling a mix of nervousness and curiosity about what he had to say.
"I hope everything went well with your father," Arlo said, his eyes studying her intently.
Elena nodded, her voice steady. "Yes, he knows about the Space Realm and your role in protecting humanity," she replied. "He may not fully understand the complexities of this realm, but he supports me in this path I've chosen."
Arlo's eyes softened, a hint of relief crossing his face. "I'm glad to hear that," he said sincerely. "It means a lot to know that your father is on board with our mission."
Elena took a moment to gather her thoughts before continuing. "Arlo, there is something Aisha mentioned that I need to clarify," she began, her voice tinged with curiosity. "She mentioned that you will have five more wives in the future. Can you explain why?"
Arlo sighed, "It is true," he admitted, his voice tinged with regret.
"In order to fulfill my duty in protecting humanity and ensuring the survival of humanity, I have been instructed by the commander of the Reinforce headquarters to make 6 wives with extraordinary fighting abilities."
Arlo smiled and asked" What do you think about that big fatty zombie we encountered today?"
With confusion, she said" It was so strong and if you were not there to help us, half of us would have died and a few would get injured too."
Arlo smiled more and said, "He is just an ant in front of the real threat we are going to face together in the future."
"Zombies are categorized into five types : Basic, Middle, High, Advance, Emperor."
"The zombie we face today was just a middle level zombie which is 10 times stronger than an average human, and a high level is 20 times, an advanced level is 50 times, and an Emperor is the most powerful one, which is 100 times stronger than a human."
"Now you can imagine just how powerful that emperor-level zombie will be."
"That is one of the reasons why the chosen ones need 6 wives. It is to increase the coordination and to increase their group fighting ability."
Elena's eyebrows furrowed, a mix of confusion and concern crossing her face. "And these wives, possess these abilities?"
Arlo nodded solemnly. "Yes, each of them brings something unique," he explained. "Their abilities, when combined, create a powerful force against the zombie threat. It was a decision made by the headquarters."
Elena took a moment to process this information, her mind grappling with the idea of Arlo having multiple wives. However, she recognized the gravity of the situation and the need for such measures to protect humanity.
"I understand," she said finally, her voice filled with resolve. "I may not fully comprehend the intricacies of this decision, but I trust that they have made it in the best interest for humanity."
Arlo reached out and gently took Elena's hand. "Thank you for your understanding," he said sincerely. "I know it is a lot to ask, but your presence and your abilities are invaluable to me."
Elena nodded, her determination resolute. "I will stand by your side and do whatever it takes to protect humanity."
Arlo smiled, a mix of gratitude and admiration shining in his eyes. "I am grateful to have you as my wife, Elena," he said softly. "Your bravery and dedication inspire me, and I believe in our ability to overcome the challenges that lie ahead."
As Elena stood up, ready to leave, Arlo suddenly embraced her in his arms.
Elena found herself enveloped in Arlo's embrace, his strong arms providing comfort and support. She leaned into him, feeling a mix of emotions surging through her. There was warmth, trust, and a growing connection that she couldn't deny.
"I know that you don't love me, but I promise you that I will win your heart. Until then, I am not going to force you to do anything you don't want to."
Arlo's voice was soft but filled with unwavering determination. "Elena, I want you to know that I value you as more than just a wife chosen for a mission," he said, his words echoing with sincerity. "I care deeply about you, and I will do everything in my power to keep you safe."
Elena's heart skipped a beat, and she looked up into Arlo's eyes. In that moment, she saw a vulnerability beneath his confident exterior, a vulnerability that mirrored her own. She could sense his genuine feelings and the weight of his responsibilities.
"Arlo, I want to understand more about this realm and our mission," Elena said, her voice steady but filled with curiosity. "I want to be a true partner to you, not just in fighting zombies but in everything we face together."
Arlo's grip tightened ever so slightly, as if seeking reassurance. "I appreciate your desire to know more," he replied. "In due time, I will reveal the secrets of this realm and guide you through the challenges ahead. But for now, trust that I will protect you and provide the support you need."
Elena nodded, a sense of trust growing between them. She knew there were aspects of their mission and Arlo's role that she had yet to fully comprehend, but she believed in him and the purpose they shared.
As they parted from their embrace, Arlo said" You should go back to your father. I will send Aisha to pick up both of you for a family dinner tonight in this mansion."
Elena nodded and left. Arlo observed her disappearing from his sight. He said" Elena, don't worry I will do my best to win your love."
"Aisha, do you believe I've done it correctly?" Arlo inquired.
"Yes, Master, you've executed it excellently. If you continue in this manner, you'll undoubtedly capture her heart," Aisha responded.
Arlo contemplated for a moment before asking, "It was your suggestion, wasn't it?"
Aisha replied, "Master, it's crucial for you to win the affections of all your wives. That way, when you face adversity, they will stand by your side and offer assistance."
Arlo nodded in agreement and asserted, "They are not mere tools to me; they are my wives, and I will spare no effort in protecting them."
