“I want that as well!”
Clarisse turned her head at Shannon’s tiny voice. Her finger was pointed at the same dress that Clarisse had her hands on – the dullest dress of all there was to choose from. In the past, Shannon did everything to mimic Clarisse’s ways – even the way she dressed, moved, and spoke were copied!
Clarisse had picked a dress she absolutely loved in a similar party they attended back then, only to be informed that Shannon got to wear it because she suddenly requested Declan to wear something that looked like hers. In the end, Declan took her dress and handed it over to Shannon instead.
“Are you sure?” Declan asked Shannon, “There are plenty of dresses and accessories yet to choose from.”
Shannon shook her head and insisted, “But this is the one I like. Shannon would be delighted to wear something similar to this as well.”
