" Yes, I will. Look at the size of that thing! Shit! It is up!" Noah looked at the behemoth waking up. It was staring intensely at Noah, and that's when he knew it was over. He was clearly on his hitlist, and it was only a matter of minutes before he would bite to death!
" You have me. Don't worry, everything will be fine."
" I don't even know who or what you are? Wait a minute, you can do something about it?" Noah felt it was speaking in a much more human voice, and he could feel its confidence.
" Of course, that's why I am here. I am your guardian and your source of power!"
" Guardian?"
" Yes, you had been flung into a foreign world because you had been given a unique power. Let me tell you, it is one of the most powerful abilities in this world!"
" Really? Oh my god! I am saved!" Noah shouted, much to the displeasure of other captives in the cave. He was screaming and laughing, already convinced about his survival.
" Had he already lost it?"
" I think so, che che, so young. What can you say? It's too hard for younger people to stomach everything."
" Alas, another one bites the dust." Other people started whispering, feeling pity for Noah's descent into madness. They had seen it several times over their imprisonment, and only one thing waited for such people: Death.
" Young man, don't feel despair. Everything will be fine." The old man, who was the only semblance of a friend to Noah, tried to calm him down. He thought the young man had lost his mind and started talking to himself because of it.
" Other world? How is that possible? Can I go back?" Noah ignored everyone and asked for the ball of light.
" I don't know. You have to figure it out yourself."
" What sort of guardian are you then if you can't even answer a simple question? I thought you can help me!"
" I can. Just use your powers."
" What the fuck? How am I supposed to do that?"
" Focus."
That's when Noah heard clanking noises in the distance; it turned from loud to the most hideous screeching sounds. He looked in that direction to see the fucking pig sharpening the bone sword that it used to dismember the man last night.
" Why is that fucking thing looking at me like that?" Noah was perplexed by its horrifying stare.
" I think you are next. Well, it was nice knowing you."
" Fuck! Comeback! Powers right? How do I use them? Is that magic or something?" Noah pleaded. He was not very big on nerd culture but had heard some friends rave about it. He had a solid military ground up to the point when he was court-martialed for disobedience, but that was a long story.
" I already told you to focus. It will come naturally when you are ready."
" Alright. I don't have anything to lose." Noah calmed his mind and did as he was told. He was not big on following orders since he was a kid, but it was a life-and-death situation. If he didn't do anything, he would die!
" It looks like he accepted his fate." The old man observed Noah and saw him close his eyes, waiting. He was a knight of the fallen kingdom that ruled this area and had not seen many youth that could stay still facing eventual death.
Even though, from his perspective, the young man looked shabby, he had a resolute mind that was much needed for someone on the battlefield. If not for the current situation, he would have taken him under his wing as an excellent potter!
" Young man, not bad."
" Fuck you! Can't you see I am concentrating?" Noah immediately snapped back at the old man. He was already having trouble doing god knows what, and now the old man was trying to mess with him on purpose? If not for these cages, Noah would have taught him a valuable lesson!
" Wait! I can see something!"
"What, really?" The ball of light was also surprised by his speed. It knew how hard it was to master the power that was granted by his Lord. It only thought about keeping company until Noah succumbed to his death, after which it would be out of the contract, and with no one to serve, it would be able to return home!
" Yes! I can feel two different things inside my mind. I don't know how, but I can feel what I can do with them."
" T-two? How is that possible?"
" You sound surprised? Am I that powerful? Hahaha." Noah had a habit of celebrating early. He could feel that the ball of light or the place he visited in his dream was not standard, and if a being from that world was surprised, it meant that he had struck gold, right?
" Let me check." the entity came closer and entered Noah's head without hesitation. He felt a searing pain that lasted for a brief second before the light appeared again in front of him.
" There are definitely two different unique abilities residing inside your body. It shouldn't be possible, who are you? Where do you come from?"
" Why should I tell you that? Now, how do I use it?" Noah brushed it off like it did to him and got back to work. He knew the pig-headed monster would arrive any moment, and he didn't have much time to spare.
" Are you from higher management? No, it's impossible even for them. That means...are you-"
" Stop blabbering and tell me how to use my powers. Are you here to ensure my survival?"
" Alright, summon and see."
" What?"
" Summon and see. That's your powers; the rest is yours to manage."
" Fuck! I already have eyes to see, so that's pretty much useless. Is it that I can see in the dark?" Noah looked around, but what he expected to be night vision was dogshit. He was seeing things like usual without any added bonus.
He looked at the ball of light with hateful eyes. Was it really a unique power that was going crazy over a few seconds ago?
" Fucking shit! You really want me dead! What's there to see here? Fuck! Can't you elaborate?"
" I can't. It's against the rules."
" Fuck the rules! Fine, what about this summon thing? Can I pull out a rocket launcher and blow that bitch to million pieces?"
" Yes."
" Alright, give me a rocket launcher and a few extra rockets!"

" Why?"
" You have five slots, and each item's weight couldn't be more than ten kilograms. Besides, I don't even know what this rowkit lawchar is?"
