"Welcome to the IASI confinement base Dr Murphy." Said the short blonde haired lady as she gestured for him to take a closer look at the spaceship.
Normally he would've been a bit hesitant, but at that moment he's curiosity outweighed his fears. He meekly followed them as they all drew closer to the surprisingly big space pod.
It seemed partly organic and inorganic at the same time. It felt so alive and yet not moving.
"Alright Daisy, take us to the real course of focus. We have no time to waste." Grumbled the elderly man.
"Yes of course sir." She meekly obeyed and led them to a certain small room in the place.
There he saw something confined in a slender cylindrical advanced container. It looked like a glass coffin, except you could see a blurry image of the guest inside. Daisy pressed a certain button and the container's glass slowly slid open to display a disturbing naked, pale reptile looking creature. It's skin was between milky and white, it was hard to get a full detail on it's facial features due to the respiratory mask it was wearing. But he could tell not much difference of how similar her body was to that of a normal human.
She had sustained a huge injury on the side of her chest. And although it seemed to have been bandaged, it still did not seem good. Also she had a few cuts on the side of her face which indicated that she might have sustained a damage to the head.
"She's been hurt real bad." He mumbled quietly.
"It, you mean?." Daisy abruptly chimed in.
"Excuse me?."
"It's an it. Not a she." She persistently stressed.
"Well it looks pretty feminine to me."
"Except it's not. Because biologically it's proven that it's system contains both the male and female sex chromosomes. So it's classified as a none binary gender fluid entity."
"I see. Well since your such an expert, why don't you take over. It's obvious your best at this." He sarcastically mocked.
"Alright enough you two. Dr Daisy do behave. I expect better from you." Chided the Elderly man.
"But sir..."
"I said enough."
His lips curved derisorily as he winked at her. She bit her lips lividly and simply looked away.
"So Dr Murphy, what is your evaluation of the whole thing?."Asked the elderly man.
"If you mean by everything then there's only one word to describe it. Crazy!"
"Crazy you say?."
"Yeah. Absolutely."
"Good. So tell me, Is it also crazy that I want you to operate on the brain of this thing." He suddenly asked.
"Sorry what??"
"I want you, Dr Murphy. To operate on an outer space intergalactic extraterrestrial life. That is the only prove to life outside earth. Can you do that?"
"...."
