In seven days Sol and his small army reached the central plains of Hallow mountain. As they moved they sent scouts ahead and through them, they were able to get in touch with the army of the other families approaching.
He had sent out messengers to everyone earlier to inform them of the situation and just like the sixth tribe a fierce battle erupted in Hallow mountain the previous night, leaving hundreds of fox spirits dead.
...…
Sol's army was the last to arrive and he was stunned to see how small the forces of the other families were. Most of them were barely over twenty or so.
Flap!
Sol descended from his carriage and began approaching the other heirs with the Ark family heirs following him closely.
Seeing Sol Cecile, Theresa, Ranga, and Satori was stunned. The Sol they saw now, was far different from the person the last time. Back then it was as if he had no aura and when using his bloodline power it felt like his power had exploded but now his aura was fierce and mighty yet it was restrained.
It felt like he was trying to suppress his power but this is the extent he could achieve.
There was something far worse inside him….
"I asked for an army, not a small squad," Sol said with a stern look as he approached, ignoring Theresa's glance.
"In case you are not aware. Most of Hallow mountain's forces are located at the center since that's where everything is kept. You should be happy we could come up with this number" Satori gave a disdainful sneer as he said those words.
Hmph!
Sol treated him like air as he surveyed what was left of the forces here. Strangely every tribe has only twenty people left behind and each has infant cores but is well-trained. Does that mean that the leaders of Hallow mountain purposefully keep a limit on the number of capable fighters that can be obtained in a family territory?
"Rubbish!" Sol exclaimed in his heart.
If he were to train his own special forces and they are above the number, would they forcefully take them away from him?
Sol felt irritated by the tight restrictions placed on them in this world. He is someone who should be able to cover the sky with one hand. How can he allow beings like this to stop him from achieving his goals?
"Let's go over the plan before we begin" Cecile interrupted the tense atmosphere with his words.
He pulled out a map drawn on a piece of cloth with details regarding the entire Hallow mountain.
"To maintain the barrier they will need people at the four Cardinal points but each will be well guarded. That's where their forces will be located." Cecile said with a stern look.
"The curse spell weakens every Kitsune and empowers one, the one within the barrier. The real battle is not with those small fries, it will be with the nine-tailed fox spirit in there!" Sol said with a stern look and as if in response to his words a purple flames explosion erupted and from it, a mighty fox twice the size of the castle emerged with a ferocious look in its eyes.
Its nine tails danced madly, shattering structures as it went on.
Buzzz!
"Using the power of the cursed barrier it has temporarily stolen the power of its people and some of that of the family heads. They will be overwhelmingly disadvantaged" Sol said with an amused look on his face as his hair and robes danced madly in the wind.

Roar!
Powerful shockwaves erupted across the world as everything trembled under the furious beast. While everyone was deadly pale and terrified, Sol was amused. What he saw was a big bag of experience points standing ahead of him!
Heh!
"Divide my forces amongst yourselves, each of you should aid the other family heirs. I will take the northern gate…" Sol said to Aditi and the other tribe heirs leaving everyone stunned including Satori.
The aura Sol gave off now was that of a chieftain and not a child like them. He seemed to be a natural-born leader.
"What about you?" Aditi was stunned.
Just like her, everyone present knew the implications of Sol's words but they needed to hear it directly from his mouth to believe it.
"A God needs no army, a god is the embodiment of perfection. I am God" Sol laughed madly as he climbed his horse and urged it to go forward.
He didn't bother offering any other form of explanation since he didn't feel the need to. He has given instructions, all they have to do is follow and he will do the rest.
In this world and probably all worlds, might is right but what people fail to understand is that strength comes in various forms. Psychological, physical, monetary, and even spiritual.
Once a person grasps an in-depth understanding of this he will be able to defeat even a God. Know your enemy more and you will be able to conquer him/her.
The curse barrier has too many flaws that can be taken advantage of. While it strengthens the fox Queen, it also weakens the people maintaining it in order to keep the queen at her peak. The more fox spirits killed the more burden will be placed on the living ones. This will continue until they cannot maintain the current level of fox queen and her strength will plummet, suffering from a backlash as well.
In the world of dark arts, nothing is free!
Huff!
Sol exhaled and his eyes flashed with cruel lights. He picked the northern gate because it was the farthest from their location. Before he gets there, the others must have started their battles, killing many fox spirits and weakening the ones he will fight. Since he is alone, he won't need to share experience points with anyone.
Sol intended to use these strings of events to boost his strength to a profound level.
