After making sure everything was good Teo took Night to the hospital this time using Night's car, they both arrived at the hospital and were taken to special care unit on the VIP section.
Grandma Lili had already been given medicine and was resting in her room with devices attached to her.
She seem weak and pale the doctor was still checking some things and recording on his medical record book.
After making sure everything was okay he got out and met with Night and Teo who were waiting for him.
" How is my mother?" Teo asked immediately after seeing the him get out but the doctor only shook his head.
As Lili had a liver cancer and she was already old there was nothing much they could do to help her even using radiation therapy was not good for her age.
And strong medication was making her weak everyday that they had to use other methods to help easy her pain and stop strong medicines.
" Remember what I told you last time your mother needs rest don't stress her, make sure she eats well and sleep we have injected pain relief so for now she is sleeping" The doctor said feeling regretful but there was nothing they could do to help her.
" Can I see her doctor?" Night asked with choking voice as she couldn't believe what she just heard.
" Yes you can but she is sleeping right now you can talk to her after three hours when she wakes up" The doctor explained and Night nodded in understanding.
" Thank you doctor" The two said simultaneously and the doctor nodded before leaving them alone.
But then just outside the hospital a group of people were making entrance in an extravagant manner carrying flowers and other stuffs with them that the receptionist was taken aback were they going to a party?.
Some of the family members arrived too as they wanted to meet the old woman, and they introduced themselves as the children of the old woman Lili.
It was two a bit old man and woman around forties or early fifties, they came with their children and were demanding to see the patient despite being told to wait outside.
" She is our mother we want to see her right now" they said and the nurse seem frustrated by their persistent.
" Okay but first you need to follow the procedures you can't come in all like that the patient needs rest" the nurse said as she was already instructed by the doctor especially in this unit to prevent infection they need to get cleaned and changed into proper gowns and cover themselves. Besides they can't allow the whole group to see the patient at the same time.
Night and Teo who were quietly waiting for Lili to wake up seem to get notified about what was going on outside as the so called visitors were causing commotion outside.
Knowing it was actually them Teo seem uncomfortable by their presence but Night seem calm and motion for him to wait she would handle the problem.
Getting outside Night went to the waiting area where the commotion was and the doctor responsible wanted the family members to end their argument it was hospital and wasn't allowed to make unnecessary noise.
Seeing Night coming to their direction the four family members frown as they were aware of the kind of person Night was.
" What is she doing here?, who allowed her in?" The youth asked while looking at Night as an outsider.
"Take us our mother, where did you keep our mother we want to see her" The elders demanded adding the nurse's headache.
" Yes we are the real biological children of her not these vipers" The older woman said pointing at Noght who already arrived there.
The two seem displeased to see her and Night smirked upon hearing their accusation, she knew the kind of people they were and why her grandmother distanced herself from her children, so they were here to cause trouble?.
