Sitting on his chair Gold was in deep thought, up until now he doesn't know what he did so wrong that she left, everything was going well and he was sure she was comfortable around him or she was trying to be.
But suddenly everything changed and she was again gone and he could still remember her teary eyes.
" I'm sorry Adam" she had said while he was asleep and he had thought he was dreaming but the next day she was gone for real and he couldn't even find her no matter how much he tried.
" Where are you Night?" Gold said and seem frustrated with his current situation his team was still searching for her location but yet to find her.
While he was still thinking about where she could possibly have gone to his phone lit as it seem a call just came in, looking at the caller ID immediately he answered the phone call with expectations.
" Hello!" Gold said impatiently while desperately wishing to hear what he had been hoping for.
And like his prayers were heard the man from the other side said after formal greetings.
" We have found her!"
That was what he wanted to hear and felt like the heavy rock on his chest was lifted.
" Where is she?" He asked quickly as he could no longer wait.
Knowing so the man shared her location with him immediately but still seem to have something for him.
" But there is something you should know" the man said and it seem serious that they could not talk on the phone.
" Let's meet up" he suggested and he agreed.
Later on that day Gold got to meet his friend from the Bronze family who was a young capable man in the military and specialized in IT.
His father was a general and his whole family had military background and he was very close to him during his years of military work.
" I didn't think I will get to see you so soon" Grey said looking at his not well kept friend who seem haggard.
" Since you know I'm not so patient let's get to business" Gold said taking a seat opposite to him inside one of their private work place.
" Agreed but first let me tell you, this time you are not to rush into anything this could be dangerous more than you think" Grey said and looked at his impatient friend to know if he got what he meant but only his poker face showed nothing, he was blank.
" Proceed!" Gold said coldly and he could only sigh because he knew despite his warning the man would do what he wants in the end.
" Here take a look!" Grey offered him the information he had gathered about Night so far that even he was left surprised.
" This!" Gold looked at it and didn't know what to say.
" Why would Night be related to them" Gold said softly looking at the information again as if he had read it wrong.
" That is not all, there is something else you should know" Grey said and Gold could feel his hesitation,
*******
What could it be?was it that bad? he asked himself inwardly because what he just saw was bad enough.
"Nighti is an immigrant" Grey said looking at his friend to see if he was aware of this but as expected he wasn't.
" How is that possible she is..." Gold thought it doesn't even show in her personal information, she was clean and the only daughter of the second branch of Tate family or so he thought.
" She is not a Westerner, her origin is middle East and migrated to West only seven years ago" Grey said looking at his quiet friend then said.
" I discovered all that after a lot of difficulties and it seems there is a very powerful backup behind her enough to hide all her information and aside from that we know nothing about her previous life before seven years ago"
Grey continued but looked stressed about the matter.
Gold looked at the picture of Night on the file and wondered inwardly.
Who are you Night? everything about her seem mysterious and now that he thinks about it.
Night doesn't talk much about herself and had a handful of people close to her, eversince they were together she was all distance.
Maybe that was the reason she didn't want to have any serious relationship or anything of sort.
What really happened to you Night? Gold thought.
