The being just stared at Sophia, not moving or saying a word. Her eyes were golden like small suns, burning bright but not blindly, you could look into them without being harmed. her hair was exactly like Sophia's but shimmering and it looked so soft you just wanted to run your hand through it, but you obviously wouldn't because that would just be rude! But her fingers did itch to touch her hair.
As Sophia realised her thoughts were going off topic, she concentrated on bringing her thoughts back to the present and noticed that the other more beautiful looking, ethereal being who looked exactly like her was still staring. 'Did I just space out in front of this goddess! Urgh, I hope she doesn't kill me!'- Sophia's complained in her thoughts. At that moment the goddess like being smiled. It was blinding, a soul stirring smile. Damn she's extraordinarily beautiful, not humanly possible, kind of beautiful.
The being then slowly raised her hand to Sophia almost like an invitation to come to her. Sophia didn't know what to do. The being still smiling, kept her hand out to Sophia and did a come here motion at her, that sent out a wave throughout the void. Obviously by now Sophia could gather that the other her wanted her to pop on over, but the question was how? Well, Sophia didn't need to wait too long to find out because the next thing she knew, her body started to float to the goddess on its own, which of course startled the absolute stuffing out of her.
"Ahhh, what are you doing?! Please don't kill me, I have a lot to live for and I have spent money on a night out that I obviously not getting to enjoy, I… I... Pprromisse ii didn't mmean to come heere, please doonn't kill me!"- Sophia stuttered out, freaked about this whole situation and the fact that she was being magically pulled towards the unknown. Sophia didn't realise it but as she got closer to the goddess, she, the goddess seemed to get larger and the closer Sophia got, the bigger the goddess got. Once Sophia got relatively close to the goddess, she realised that the goddess what probably the size of a thousand story building! It must've been a trick of the light and distance. Like objects from far away seem smaller than their actual size.
Sophia was now floating in front of the face of this goddess, whom she looked exactly like and was terrified.
As she started to contemplate how she was going to die, she heard a voice in her head that was so soothing and so beautiful that it sounded like a cooling breeze or the calming sound of river flowing down stream, it was ethereal. It calmed down her racing mind and panicking heart and started to sooth her endless fears. "It's OK Sophia, I'm not going to hurt you, be calm and at ease. I going to tell you why you are here, you are not going to die so try and chill. Ok?" She, the goddess spoke, using some slang I might add which did help Sophia to not return to her previous panic mode, because Sophia noticed, listening to the voice that spoke to her, it sounded remarkably like her, own only better.
Sophia starred at her, the Goddess, in awe at how there was a humongous being in front of herself and once again noticed something else. "Your mouth didn't move at all, you spoke to me in my head, like telepathy, well that's bloody awesome!"- As Sophia spoke out, the goddess, who was amused by her outburst then spoke again.
"There are many things you don't know Sophia, many things, hidden truths about yourself that you are unaware of."- The goddess said as her focus was pin pointed on Sophia, as if what she was going to say was of great importance and had to be treated as such. 'Well in this kind of situation who wouldn't treat anything that this Being said as important, I'm not THAT dumb.', Sophia mused to herself. Sophia then replayed the words the being just said to her, and she became baffled by her statement. 'Hidden truths about herself, what?'
"I brought you here to tell you about some of the secrets that revolve around you, you are very special Sophia, you are the key that will unite a world, the ultimate power, the one that will protect the weakest and gather around herself, the strongest."
Sophia starred at the goddess for a good, what felt like eternity and said nothing, did nothing, she didn't move a muscle, she just stared.
Until after a while… she snorted out loud and spoke.
"Tch, yeah right!" - Sophia said out loud not believing a word of it, she could barely afford to pay her rent. She just about gets herself to work on time and she lives 5 minutes away!
'Tch ultimate power huh? Bull-dookie!'- Sophia refused to believe it point blank. It was too absurd to her.
