Jungkook's POV
"I need you guys to help me, talk to Jennifer about getting some employees for her cafe."
The CEO announces once we settle down at his office. "Ah us? We? Talk?" The rest except me were reacting in all forms of shock
"Yes" He nods his head with a form yes. "We rarely get to know her and probably she still doesn't trust us yet." RM says. "Besides, she doesn't seems to like socialising with others. Wouldn't the employees feel the same vibes working with her and get rubbed the wrong way?" Jin also expressed his concern
"Precisely. Jin Hyung is right. We might end up having more employees leaving than more employees coming." Jhope adds on agreeing with Jin
"But she's the boss in there, what all these people have to do is just follow her orders." V says. "Yeah V has a point." Jimin says nodding his head.
"Can't you verbally talk to my sister about this?" I asked the CEO confused. "I tried but your sister is really nonchalant on the matter, all I thought of is considering she's only 19 and workload, her health will be suffering eventually." The CEO explains.
"YOUR SISTER IS ONLY 19?!" The rest looked at me in shock. "Yes and freshly graduated from high school" I said with a smile as Jhope gave a dramatic faint.
"Is impressive I believe a 19 year old to start up her very own business." RM says. "But she doesn't seem to understand teamwork also so I hope maybe you guys can convince her to get some employees before she starts overworking herself." The CEO says
We soon went to my apartment. "We need to talk to you." I said to Junghwa. "About?" She asks me putting down her phone to the side
"Adding more staff." I say. "I'm so far fine on my own." She says, it won't be sounding too easy for us talking.
"Okay." I say. "But do you think you can last the way you're going?" I then asked her. It got her freezing a little with V and Jin looking at me in surprise
She silently shook her head. "Then hire more staff." I say. She nods her head. "We will arrange an interview but you will be the one picking. Okay with you?" I asked her and she nods her head.
"Good." I say. "Now go head to bed. I will talk to the rest." I said and she does so.
Jimin gave me a confusing thumbs up as Junghwa quietly went to bed.
"It worked." I say. "Cause it works let's have some fun!" Jhope cheers pulling me out with them to the dorms.
-The Interview Day-
Junghwa's POV
I am conducting interviews and so far 10 potential employees aren't up to what I want.
"Brrrrr" I shivered sipping some tea. I look at the next person, 'Bora' "Full name, Age" I asked.
"Song Bora, 18." She introduced herself. "Nice! What makes you think you can work for me?" I then start my question.
"I'm loyal and honest, I don't steal money, I have a clean record." She starts talking and somehow I find her very sincere
"Any experience?" I ask her. "I have worked for 2 years under Paris Baguette." She says with a smile.
"You worked at the age of 16?" I looked at her in shock. "Just to help with family expenses and support myself." She smiles and I can't help feeling touched yet sentimental cause of how I had to work at her age to support myself in the United States
I decide to make her one of my staff. "You're hired." I tell her. "So I can start work tomorrow?" She asks me excitedly and I nodded my head
She leave as the next one comes in. "Good afternoon" I tell her bowing and she bowed back. "Name and Age" I said
"Hwang Inhye. My age is 17." She tells me. "What are you like in general?" I throw my question to her right away
"I try and keep everyone around me happy, often the happy virus." She says. "I see" I nodded my head impressed. "Still schooling?" I then asked her cause she's 17 and still considered underage
"I have worked at another place as someone who made the drinks. I was part time." She says.
"Good you're hired!" I said with a smile and she looks at me. "I-I can start work tomorrow?" She asks me still in shock and I nodded my head
"Thank you." She says. "No worries." I smiled. After the whole long day of interview, I headed back and my brother is at the couch watching some shows.
"How's it go?" He asks me. "Managed to get 2 employees with experience even though they younger than me. The rest are rejected cause they either want lots of money or they wanna just see the HYBE and your group." I said plunging my body lazily on the couch
"I see." He says. "Maybe it's really good hiring some help" I smiled and he picks me up. "Now you got my point hm?" He started tickling me as always
I nod softly laughing. After a while, he stops letting me breathe. "Now you've had a long day. Go shower up and get resting okay?" He puts me down and ruffles my hair before I went to do what I did
