Junghwa's POV
"No CEO! I'm not taking a break!"
I tell the CEO off after his suggestion to take a break upon learning what happened between Becky, Anong, Chariya those trio and myself.
"I only have my staff just and I can't just leave my business like that." I said. "Very well." He says.
The call went for a while and ended. I looked at my brother sighing. "Is THIS your CEO?" I asked him
He nods. "I'm sure going to be in so much gossip and scrutiny now" I started become very panicky. I've never felt like that since that very day I got caught in THAT police raid
I hear the shop door open, I go to my spot to take a couple of breathers to calm myself. After getting everything prepared, Bora and Inhye are also in.
"Good morning" They greeted me. "Good morning" I greeted back
I look at them all. Out of everyone I only recognise Blake. "Hi" She waved her hand at me and I just nodded my head acknowledging her
She tells me everyones order and her own. I nodded my head and have everything done with Bora and Inhye's help
Soon we get it all done and take it out to them. Blake pays for it all. "That's a lot" Bora whispers to Inhye amazed.
Inhye nods, agreeing. We watch as most of them quiet eat, drink and just whisper about their own things
"Let's practice the egg mix I taught you guys during training?" I suggested to the two staff of mine. "The egg mix of eggs, salt and pepper?" Bora asks excitedly and I nodded my head
They nod and go and do so. Every once and a while Blake tries to start up a conversation with me.
"Want to seat with us?" She asks and I shook my head rejecting. "Fair enough." She says. "Have a boyfriend?" She asks and I shook my head
"Girlfriend?" She asks. I shook my head with a smile again
"What are your hobbies?" She asks. "Surfing net, watching TV shows, singing, sleeping, snacking and hanging out with family?" I scratched my head shyly.
"The loner's stuff" I added on softly. "Thats cool." She says. I looked at her confused, never I hear anybody finding my hobbies COOL except my brother who himself is quiet and doesn't interact with much people
"Whats wrong?" She asks. "Never heard such compliments before" I scratched my head looking down
"Oh." She says. "New to compliments and praises?" She asks me.
"Maybe" I answered softly. "How does it feel?" She asks. "Feel…strange but with a tint of joy?" I scratched my head again as I am trying my best to express myself
"Joy is good." She says. I nodded my head agreeing with what she said, I never really felt that bit for a long while now. Seems foreign good.
After a while Blake finishes her drink. "Mmmmm" She moaned licking her lip a little. "The drink is yummy." She tells me. I nodded my head again thanking her.
She then orders another drink. I went to make the drink while eyeing on Bora and Inhye to make sure they are on task.
They still are which is good. Blake pays for it and I give it to her. "You can have the drinks on the house the next time you come." I gave her an offer to think of as I put the money in the cashier box
"Thanks." She says. "Your welcome." I bowed.
After a little while we just stand there softly talking. "How old are you?" I asked her right away.
"18." She says. I looked at her in shock. "You can't be born in 2000 right?" I asked her in my still shock state
"I am. How old are you?" She asks. "1999. Just turn 19." I said with my mouth wide open. "Damn. Hello Unnie." She says. "Ah please! I'm not used to that!" I shook my head flustered
"Oh, sorry." She apologise. "It's okay" I reassured her. She smiles, I smile a little as well. "Can't wait to get to know you more!" She winked. "You too." I say.
We said our goodbyes and she takes her leave. I then went to check on Bora and Inhye. "We both done 2 tubs for you to wait for your sign of approval~" Bora says enthusiastically
I look at their two creations. I can't help feeling impressed and amazed that these two mash up such good work despite having two OPPOSITE personalities
"Very good you two." I tell them. "THANK YOU!!" Bora cheered jumping on Inhye for a hug and jumping with Inhye in happily
"No worries." I smile. I gave them early knock off as a reward once again. As they knocked off, the CEO walks over, he seems not impressed
"Do you own my business?" I ask him. "No but you need some advice." He says. "Such as?" I ask.
"You are too stubborn some days. One day, your stubbornness will be your undoing." He says his advice before he stands up leaving. He's sounding like that nagging Deputy for some reason.
"I don't miss advices." I said to myself cleaning up the place before closing everything for the day
