Chereads / Reincarnated As An Angel / Chapter 3 - HER LAST DAY OF LIFE

Chapter 3 - HER LAST DAY OF LIFE

Inside the building, going on a conversation between Anna and that mischievous man. Even though Anna was not the one who was responsible but got trapped in that situation.

The nurse was trying to explain to him that they are working on his behalf. But he was not ready to listen to anyone. He was filled with rage as if poison was dropping from his body.

His gaze turns cold, enough to kill anyone with just a glimpse. He removed his hands from that nurse and approach Anna abruptly.

"Just... Let me see my brother. Or else" he glared at the nurse, she was frightened and called guards.

"So, you... you killed my brother didn't you"

"I won't let you go..." he said while searching for something inside his bag.

"Sir please try to understand, we don't have your brother's record in our hospital", anna said hesitatingly, thinking it would give them some time to think.

He took out a knife from his bag and pointed at Anna within a minute. The guards appear and tried to stop him. They told him to put back his knife, but he didn't listen to anyone. He was too blind for his brother he could do anything.

"You killed him, so I will..." he said staring at the knife. The guards approach him instantly, but he resisted. Things went too far and he was out of control. He was standing two feet apart from Anna, surrounded by guards, and people. His pupil shrunk and wrinkles appear on his face, with a smile he started laughing heavily.

Multiple thoughts were going through Anna's mind, she regrets her decision to help that person. What she could do knowing, she was already surrounded by trouble. There's no guarantee nothing will happen if she steps back.

People think he has gone crazy like a maniac. He was laughing unstoppably; it was confusing cause he was fine when he gets in. Maybe, the fact that his brother wasn't there made him act like that.

One of the guards steps ahead, with the motto of stopping him but that maniac noticed him from the corner of his eye. Within a movement, he moves his hand holding the knife forward and it pierces Anna's body.

Anna felt helpless and fell backwards against the wall as he took out the knife, her clothes were soaked in red His face brighten up when he saw blood dripping from that knife and laughed inconsistently as if, he felt good after doing this.

He lost control over himself and went mad, He wasn't even terrified or have an expression of guilt on his face, instead, his face looked deadly even after killing someone without reason.

Instead, he was happy to see some dying in front of him, his eyes were reflecting the pleasure he was feeling watching Anna trembling in pain. Who knows if it was intentional or an accident, but the guilt-free Anna is no more.

No matter what kind of result came after the incident, who is caught to be guilty but Anna won't come back to her life.

And this is how the day became HER LAST DAY OF LIFE.

_

Anna felt a tingling sensation, she could feel her hands and lips. After opening her eyes, she found it was a completely different scenario. It wasn't infinite space. She blinked for a time but her vision was blurry she figures out the ceiling on the top.

'My eyes… Why everything is so blurry?'

'It's a room, definitely not mine'

'But, it's too weird to be a room'

She was laying on a bed, covered in several layers of blankets. She took a look around; everything was blurry but still, she could feel the warmth of the rays which were getting in through huge glass windows. The sun was scorching enough that she had to put her hand against her face to block the rays.

She took a look at her hands and saw a few wire-like things attached to them. On the left wrist, there was a bandage.

'Whoh… It's pretty huge' she touches her bandage while caring it.

'Seems like it's a hospital. The owner has been through a lot I guess…'

*Crecked*

The door opened and the sound of someone's footsteps reach her ears. She bent forward to take a look at who was coming. She didn't recognize him but that person stood there still after looking at her.

Maybe, he had recognized her?

"Young… Young Master…" words came out from his lips and he was feezed for a movement.

"Doctor! … Doctor! …" he cried and ran away within a blink of an eye.

'What the hell, did he see a ghost?'

'Ah! It's a torcher when you can't figure things out' she thought.

*Crecked*

The door opens once again but this time, lots of people wearing white coats enter. A lady walks close to her and puts a thermometer in her mouth while checking her eyes, she asks some questions about how she was feeling and note them down. Then she turns herself to a man who was standing at a far distance and begins to discuss something.

'This nurse is so nice; she knows how to treat people in a good way

She glanced at the door and saw someone peeping inside, it was the same person who ran out of the room a while ago and call the doctor there.

'What did he call me again… Young Master? How'

'So, he isn't my brother'

"Hey" she pointed him out with her charming voice and requested, "Can you please come over here"

He was amused to see her and take steps towards her; he grabs a stool bear by and sat down without saying anything. He keeps staring at her, not making any sound but his eyes are filled with tears.

"Hey" Anna stretches her arms and put them on his cheeks, he grabs them and begins to shed tears while holding her hands.

"It's alright now, no need to worry OK" she consults him because it's the only thing she could do, not knowing what happened.

"Young Master… You know how hard it was for me…"

"I… I… see you every day… you were sleeping… not opening your eyes…"

"I… always hope for a day when… I could finally talk to you…"

"I am… so happy to see you… You know…" and begin to cry out his heart's content as if he was holding himself for days.

She hugs him and pat his head, all of sudden a pain flashed hard in her head. And just like before, a huge stack of memories enters her with the intensifying pain. It only last a few seconds but for her body, it was too much to bear.

"Young Master!"

"Doctor! Get over here. Hurry!" he called the doctor in a panic.

A person walks to her and diagnosed her properly, checked her heartbeat and measured her blood pressure, Once again asks her several questions about how she's feeling.

"Slight nausea and a bit of headache I guess…" he noted things down as she answered.

"It's completely fine. You are alright, it's just that you were sleeping for straight three days which is why you are feeling nausea and headache"

"Take these pills on time and your headache will be gone soon. You will be completely fine in a day" and he walks away with a few more people.

Anna remembered a few things from those memories, the person who was crying for her just now, his name is Alex.

"Alex, it's a pretty name" she mumbled.

"Did you say something Young Master?" he questioned

"Ah! No... no… it's just that my vision is so blurry. Do you know why?"

"That's because you aren't wearing your glasses" he smiled and hand over her specs.

She took them in her hand, they looked a bit outdated, the frame was black and the glasses were coated with anti-reflection layers.

'Some premium quality huh…' and she put them on, and everything became clear. She took a look around; the white walls were reflecting the sunlight everywhere brightening every corner. The glass window was so clear as if there was no window on the wall, she turns her gaze towards Alex who was giggling just now.

"What's so funny"

"Nothing, you just seem like a little kid" he smiled.

"Alex, you don't have to worry now," she said looking into his eyes, they were beautiful having a golden glow in them. He was also handsome having properly cut dark brown hair.

"Sure," he said smiling at her.
