#Chapter207
Alarix's POV
/"Athan... Stop!/" I hissed.
He kept hold of me tightly. /"Alarix, this is going to be easier on both of us if you just come home./" He grunted.
/"Just let me go... You'll never see me again./" I pleaded.
I had no way to let Lila know I did want to go with her and that I did want her. As soon as I set foot in the house, I won't be leaving again. She would leave thinking the worst. It pained me knowing she was going to be hurting because of me.
Athan ignored me the rest of the way down our street. As we neared the house, I could feel the anger. I was in for it when I walked through the door. I stopped outside of the house as Athan gripped hold of the door handle. He glanced at me and smiled sadly at me; worry flashed through his eyes.
Fucking hypocrite! If he was even a little bit worried for me... He'd act like a big brother and take me away from here. I could be with Lila right now.
