Clare POV
The days of training fly by over the next week. Wake up, train, repeat. Yet, I still found myself exhausted after only a couple of days.
Training was intense. Just as intense as my brother and the others had warned me.
However, I had been training for nearly a week now, and I hadn't seen any sign of this killing arena that they were talking about. I hadn't seen the location that I had a vision of either, which made me curious.
Leonel was telling me that I was wrong about him, and I was thinking he was right. Maybe I expected him to be his father, and he simply wasn't.
That didn't make me feel better, considering that I still hadn't seen Leonel all week. He was obviously still ignoring me, and I was too tired after training all day to seek him out.
Even without the killing arena, training was brutal. We did group sessions in the mornings where we did cardio and warrior-led training where a teacher would work with us on different areas.
