Caw!
Caw!
The sudden appearance of a portal and Julian's gang attracts the crows' attention. A murder of crows flies through the night sky and circles Julian's party. The crow caws and screeches, communicating in a language only the crow understands.

Julian looked at the five crows approaching fast toward the party and issued a series of commands.
" Alisa, Tammy! Use your shield to block the crows' attack at the front. Balmond, Franklin! You guys guard our backs. Francis, Stay with me at the center of the group." Julian as he aimed his crossbow at the crows.

Julian's arrows accurately hit one of the crows in the eyes three times, dealing critical damage. If other players saw this scene, they would be shocked by how Julian consecutively hit such a fast target like crows, even dealing critical damage in the process.
Alisa, Francis, and the rest of the gang quickly moved to their assigned positions and seemed not surprised by Julian's performance.
"Hahaha, Boss! You don't have to give a command. We are already familiar with it." Balmond said as he swung his axe and accurately hit the approaching Crimson-Eyed Crow, stunning it in the process.

" Shut up, Balmond. Just follow the Boss's order." Franklin coldly said as he put another hole in the crow's neck.

CAW!
The crow shrieks in pain and stares at the hateful players with its red eyes as it hastily flies in the air. Julian looked at the crow and fired a [Power Shot] at the unfortunate bird, making it fall to the ground again.

" Prioritize the crow I used [Power Shot] on! " Julian shouted as he reloaded the arrow in his crossbow after killing the crow.
" Already on it, Boss," Francis replied as he threw [Fireball] at one of the crows.

The sphere of fire exploded at the small body of the crow, which greatly angered it. The crow shrieked and flew toward Francis. Seeing that the crow wanted to tear his friend apart, Tammy raised his shield and intercepted it.

" Nice one, Big Brother Tammy!" Francis complimented him as he manifested [Aquaball] in his hand. The sphere of water hit the crow in the head with great accuracy, dealing massive magic damage.

Julian, Alisa, and the rest of the gang continued to fight the Crimson-Eyed Crow for a few more minutes before the last Crimson-Eyed Crow died with Julian's [Power Shot] and Balmond's [Fire Enchant].
" It takes us a lot of time to finish them all; they even dealt with more than half of my health. Maybe we should try again with lower difficulty. What do you think, Boss?" Tammy said with an ugly smile.
" I don't think so, Tammy. Those crows are aerial types of monsters that we don't have many countermeasures against." Alisa replied.
"Sister Alisa was right. We should continue and test other monsters in this dungeon. Right, Boss?" Francis said as he looked at Julian.
Julian hummed at Francis's words and looked at Tammy. " You heard them, Tammy. Okay, enough with chatting."
After collecting the coins and a few materials in the ground. Julian, Alisa, and the rest of the gang venture deeper through the graveyard. With the dark sky looming above them, Julian and Alisa could not help but feel death in the air as they ventured deeper into the graveyard.
Along the way, Francis, the youngest of the gang, noticed a variety of grave markers, some new and some old, and could not help but wonder who the tombstones belonged to and what stories each grave held.
Francis couldn't help but feel curious and approached one of the unique-looking tombstones. Suddenly, the ground beneath them began to shake, and an eerie fog enveloped the graveyard. Julian was the first to react, grabbing Francis and retreating to the center of the party.
As the ground beneath them began to shake, a slight chill ran down Francis' spine, and he was reminded of the creatures he had only seen in the movies.
Ramble!
Many bony figures slowly crept out of the shadows and made their way to the ground with their rotten hands. They have sharp claws and rotten bodies that were filled with wounds that one could see organs through. Their dead fish-like eyes stared at Julian's party, full of animalistic desire to devour their meat.

" Heh, what a great classic horror scene to witness. " Julian grinned as he aimed his crossbow at the living dead and fired.
[Power Shot]
Swoosh!

The arrow pierced through the zombie's rotten eyes, causing the zombie to stagger. The zombie quickly recovered its footing and roared at Julian as he charged forward with seven other zombies.
Looking at the crowd of zombies lunging at them, Balmond can't help but chuckle.
" These guys are slow as turtles to me! Hehehe, Boss. Let us handle these bastards." Balmond exclaimed as he asked Julian.
The zombies move quite fast for ordinary people; however, Julian's party was anything but ordinary. Seeing the approaching zombies, Julian couldn't help but feel it wasn't necessary to engage them in group combat.
" Fine, you guys can let loose. Just be sure to retreat when necessary."
" Alright, Boss. "
" Affirmative."
Hearing Julian's words, Balmond quickly charged into the crowd of zombies. Just as he gets into the range, Balmond swiftly swings his axe at the rotten hands of the closest zombie.
Swoosh!
-106
The zombie roared and tried to reach Balmond's throat with its rotten claws; however, before the zombie could even get close, Balmond had already stepped into the side and kicked the zombie in the waist, causing it to flinch for a split second. Without hesitation, Balmond raised his axe and chopped the zombie right in the head.
Slash!

Balmond laughed as he saw the massive damage that floated through the air. He stared at the zombie with his crimson eyes and grinned, swinging his axe like a mad god who had brought chaos into the world.
The rest of the gang did not fail to come up with their own method to fight the zombies. Each member of the group took up their weapon of choice and fought bravely against the zombies.
Alisa switched to her sword and used some kind of swordsmanship as she played around with the zombie. She was like a goddess who brought justice to the world as she punished the zombies with her sword.
Tammy also switched to his spear to create distance and disrupt the zombies' movement with each strike. His spear was like a snake that targeted the weakest and most vulnerable parts of the zombies.
Franklin, on the other hand, was like an assassin who danced around the shadows of his enemies. He takes advantage of his fast movement and dances around the zombie, dishing tons of damage each time he combos the pitiful zombie.
Francis threw spells at the zombies that dealt tons of magic damage. Francis did not hesitate to attack as he combined his basic magic attack and spells like a grand magician on the battlefield.
At the side of the battle, Julian can't help but feel happy, as he can already imagine the future of the gang in the world of New Dawn Online. Julian grinned widely as he raised his crossbow and released the arrow, officially joining the battle again.
