Chapter 2 - What the...

John slowly regained consciousness, feeling a warmth surrounding him. He tried to move his limbs, but they felt heavy and unresponsive. His vision felt blurry and he could barely make out shapes around him. He heard a faint, rhythmic sound, like a heartbeat.

As he struggled to clear his head, he realized that he was floating in some sort of liquid. He couldn't tell where he was or how he had gotten there. Panic began to set in as he realized that he couldn't control his body.

He tried to call out for help, but his mouth wouldn't open. He could feel a tightness around his lips, as if they were sealed shut. He felt a sense of impending doom as he floated helplessly in the warm embrace of the liquid.

The last thing he remembered was being grilled by electricity in his apartment. He didn't know how he had ended up here, trapped and unable to move or speak. He could only wait and hope that someone would find him and rescue him from this nightmare.

As time passed, John's sense of hopelessness continued to grow. He was still trapped inside the warm liquid, unable to move or escape. He struggled to free himself, but it was no use. He was stuck, and he had no idea how he had ended up in this situation.

He tried to remember what had happened to him, but his memories were hazy and unclear. The last thing he remembered was being in some kind of accident, and then everything went black.

*What's happening to me? Why can't I move? Why can't I see anything?... Am I trapped? Is this some kind of weird dream?... Oh my god, I think I'm inside something. I can feel it squeezing me. What is this place, a giant python? It can't be. It's impossible. I must be dreaming... No, this isn't a dream. This is real! What the...!!! I'm inside the belly of someone. How did this happen? Did I get swallowed by a circus freak or something? I have to figure out a way to get out of here. I can't stay trapped inside this place forever. I have to find a way to escape, or at least find the exit sign.*

He had no idea how he had ended up inside the belly of a woman.

As he floated in the darkness, he began to feel a sense of panic and desperation. He didn't know how long he had been trapped inside this liquid, but it felt like an eternity. He couldn't see anything, and he could barely hear anything. He was completely cut off from the outside world, and he had no way of knowing what was happening.

He was afraid to open his mouth, for fear of drowning in the liquid surrounding him. He was trapped and alone, with no way of communicating with the outside world.

As the minutes turned into hours, John began to lose hope. He didn't know if he would ever be able to escape from this situation, and he didn't know if anyone would ever find him. He was trapped inside this dark and lonely world, with no way out.

Months had passed since John had been trapped inside the belly of his mother, Helena. Finally, the time had come for him to be born.

John felt intense pain as he was squeezed and pushed through the birth canal. He cursed and swore, shouting obscenities in his mind. "Fck this sht! Get me the hell out of here!" he thought to himself. "Motherf*cker, I'm gonna kill whoever put me in this situation!"

But finally, after what felt like an eternity, John was born into the world. He took his first breath of air, and felt a sense of relief and joy wash over him. He was no longer trapped inside the darkness, and he was finally free.

Helena was overjoyed, and she held her son in her arms, tears of happiness streaming down her face. She had given birth to her child, and nothing else mattered in that moment. Isabella was just as happy, and she hugged her mother and brother, relieved that the birth was finally over.

It had been a long and difficult journey, but John was finally here, and he was ready to start his life. Despite the intense pain he had experienced, he couldn't help but feel a sense of relief and joy at finally being born. He was free at last.

Isabella carefully wrapped John in a soft and warm towel, making sure to keep him comfortable and secure. She smiled down at her newborn brother, feeling a sense of love and protectiveness.

Meanwhile, Helena was already thinking about naming her son. She had a few ideas in mind, but she wasn't sure which one to choose.

"What do you think about naming him Bob?" she asked Isabella. "Or maybe Jerry? I think those names are cute."

John, who was still trapped inside his own mind, heard his mother's suggestions and immediately cringed. "No way," he thought to himself. "Bob and Jerry are terrible names. I don't want to be named after some old guy who works at the hardware store."

Fortunately, Isabella didn't like those names either. "I don't know, Mom," she said. "I'm not sure those names are the right fit for him. He's a special baby, and he deserves a special name."

Helena thought for a moment, and then she smiled. "How about Chet?" she suggested. "Or maybe Buster? Those are fun names, don't you think?"

John, who was still listening in, felt a sense of despair. "Please no," he thought to himself. "Chet and Buster are even worse than Bob and Jerry. I can't be named after some old dog that belongs to the neighbor."

Isabella also didn't like those names, and she shook her head. "I don't think those names are right for him either, Mom," she said. "He's my brother, and he deserves a name that's special and unique."

Helena paused for a moment, and then she smiled. "You're right," she said. "He is special, and he deserves a special name. How about John?"

John, who was still listening in, was overjoyed. "Yes!" he thought to himself. "John is a great name. It's simple, but strong" his mother said. Holding him in her arms and smiling at him.

Helena gently rocked John in her arms, humming softly to him. She gazed down at his tiny face, still red and puffy from the exertion of birth.

"Shh, little one," Helena whispered. "It's time for sleep."

John's eyes fluttered closed, but then popped open again as he fought against the sleepiness. "No don't do this! " he thought to himself. "Is this some kind of evil spell or why do I suddenly feel so sleepy?"

John's mind was racing with questions, but try as he might, he couldn't keep his eyes open. His eyelids grew heavy, and his thoughts began to drift.

"Okay, fine," he thought. "I'll sleep. But only because I need to figure out what's happening. And maybe I'll finally get, after some sleep, answers to all these questions."

Helena smiled as she felt John's body relax against her. She continued to rock him gently, until finally, he was fast asleep.

Somewhere far away:

In a dark and dreary cave, an evil creature known as the Shadow Beast sat on its throne, staring into the abyss with its piercing red eyes. Suddenly, it felt a small disruption in the flow of the world, causing it to snarl in annoyance.

"What is this disturbance?" the Shadow Beast growled as it cast a spell to learn more about the source of the disruption.

After a moment of intense concentration, the creature's eyes widened in surprise. "It's just a baby!" it exclaimed, sounding almost disappointed.

"A baby?" echoed one of the Shadow Beast's minions, a small goblin-like creature. "But master, isn't that beneath your notice? Like, seriously, a baby? Come on, you're the Shadow Beast! You're supposed to be scary, not babysitting!"

The Shadow Beast let out a frustrated sigh, before turning to the goblin with a menacing glare. "You know what, you're right," it grumbled. "I'm not going to be babysitting. I'm going to be eating!"

With that, the Shadow Beast lunged at the goblin, its sharp teeth sinking into the unfortunate creature's flesh. The goblin let out a terrified scream before falling silent, as the Shadow Beast devoured it whole.

The Shadow Beast let out a satisfied burp, before returning to its throne. "That was much better," it declared, a smug grin on its face. "Now, back to business!"
