"Why. Are. You. Like. This." Toussaint drawled in the moment Aria parked under Regina's Police Department almost with a drift. For the past two hours she had broken so many rules that if Chyler wanted to charge her, she would recite the charges for the whole night.
Of course, she decided to close her eyes and pretend she didn't see any of those.
"Oh, you know, childhood trauma which brought me to the point of being sad and lonely." Aria shrugged, not looking at her. "But, you're a detective, you tell me."
"Exactly, I'm a detective, not a psychologist."
"Then why are you trying to play one?" Callaghan scoffed, and then got out of the car, not even expecting the answer.
Chyler choked, but pulled herself together as much as she was able to, leaving the car as well. Aria closed it with a pilot, and then they went forward, getting through the door, and landing, weirdly enough, in the canteen.
