Aria sat on the grass, zipping up her hoodie and sliding her hands inside her pockets. The wind wasn't that strong, but the air was chilly to start with. She cleared her throat and took another lollipop from her pocket, opening the can with energy drink, when she heard and felt her phone buzzing.
She picked it up, but seeing the name on the screen, she said nothing, waiting.
"Callaghan, you there?"
"I'm waiting, chief." She stated, looking up to the sky, and then back at her shoes. "What happened?"
"What did you do to Machonto that he called me and asked about changing you?"
"Hm, I guess he actually told you in detail what I did to him." She shrugged, savoring the candy. "Probably told you about his smashed ego or shit."
"Callaghan."
