Tom stood there completely silent as he stared down at the hand that had just touched Sky's chest while Alan quickly shuffled over and whispered into his ear "Erm I think you should say something man like apologise?" "Oh ermm right" turning to face Sky who was still red faced he bowed down "Sky I'm sorry for touching your chest it's just the momentum of the force carried me forward and with your awkward grab I ended up moving to far forward and thus groped at your breasts".
Ania's face palm could be heard echoing around the room as Mitch was now crying with laughter and rolling about "Oh god this is to good keep going man". "It's ummmm f-fine Tom these things happen…." Sky stood up as the bell rang for class finally breaking the silence as everyone quickly left while Manji just stood there "Ermm well students remember what I taught you and see you next lesson" "….I'll see you next class Tom" was all Sky said as she quickly leapt out the window using wind to propel her as he simply stood there staring down at his hand.
His team mates walked over a few moments later as he held the hand up "A fascinating texture I must say it's incredibly round and soft compared to the men's chest which is normally solid and hard" "Uhh was that your first time feeling… you know?" Alan asked as Tom turned to face everyone "Well of course I mean this is the first time I've hung around with girls besides my mother".
"BAKA WAY TO APOLOGISE" Ania yelled slapping him over the head "What I simply stated the factual truth that it was simply a cause of momentum" "The way you worded it though made it seem perhaps it was her fault for not locking your arm" "Really I don't see how someone could misconstrue what I said" "….unbelievable" was all Ania said as she dragged him off by the ear "Come on it's time we had another girl lesson".
As the two of them exited the room Mitch finally stopped laughing and turned to face Alan "Oh man that was just to darn good I wonder how Sky feels about our boy now" "I'd say it's only a minor set back between the two" "Actually it might bring them closer since it is a big step to take" Mitch giggled as Alan rolled his eyes "Instead of helping him out you just stood there laughing" "Ummm der it was hilarious and why would I help him?" Alan went to explain but then took one look at Mitch and just shook his head "What?"
"Ohhhh now I get why she reacted that way" Tom stood up and raised his finger to the air in triumph as he finally understood everything Ania had been explaining to him earlier. "Well now I suggest you go find her and apologise properly without any of the technical crap you spouted earlier" "I continue to find myself amazed by the female behaviour" he mumbled to himself walking off as Adrian's head popped down from the tree grinning "I must say you are an incredibly good teacher perhaps there are some things you could teach me" he raised an eyebrow as Ania's eyebrow twitched "Sure I've got something to teach you" "Oh?" In response her fist connected with his face knocking him from the tree as she stormed off yelling back "PAIN".
After a few minutes of searching Tom finally located Sky curled up against a tree staring down at the grass mumbling to herself as he could eventually hear her the closer he got. "T-tttom touched my…" she blushed a shade of scarlet before she glanced up to see him just standing there as she quickly leapt up "Oh Tom I didn't see you there" "Yes well I came to formally apologise for my action earlier as I realised my explanation wasn't quiet adequate. So Sky I apologise what I did it wasn't my intention to do ermm that and I'm sorry" hearing that Sky couldn't help but smile as she giggled while Tom seemed confused "Why are you laughing?"
"It's sweet that you thought you should apologise again to me and I just find it funny the way you word things and make everything sound so straightforward" "Well my parents have always brought me up to be straightforward with everything, beating around the bush causes problems so if you're honest and up front no problems that arise can't be solved".
As they walked back towards the cafeteria to have some dinner before calling it a night Tom seemed to take in and notice Sky more than he normally would with a person. He became aware of the way she walked differently compared to most girls at the academy, the unique blonde highlights she had through specific parts of her hair and the tattoo on her wrist. "It's like I'm studying an opponent to find their fighting style except I'm noticing all the irrelevant things to help defeat them" Tom thought as he again felt his heart beat faster and faster like he was nervous.
"What is this strange feeling" he looked across at Sky to see she was staring inquisitively as he only came to notice now also of her facial features and how attractive she was. The way her nose had been shaped and her lips along with those sky blue eyes "Umm what are you staring at?" Sky said blushing as he to noticed her personality changed when she was around him specifically "Oh nothing I just never really noticed how beautiful you are" he bluntly blurted out as she suddenly went even redder "Ohhhh umm thank you…"
"Yo Tom" Alan's voice called out from behind as he looked over his shoulder to see both Mitch and himself walking over as Sky's personality suddenly shifted back to how she was around others. "We were just looking for you before we headed off to dinner" Alan turned to face Sky "Say would you like to join us" "Sure why not I might even get to finally learn something about you" she pointed at Mitch who shrugged his shoulders "Doubt it not even my team mates do".
Everyone took a seat as Mitch sat down with an extra 2 plates of food as Sky stared at him "Are you saving the food for Ania?" "Huh what hell no this is for me" "He eats quiet a bit" Alan explained just as Ania pulled up a seat next to Mitch and went to touch the food "HEY, HEY THAT'S MINE GRAB YOUR OWN" he growled as Ania rolled her eyes "Way to be a gentlemen" "Since when did you like gentlemen" he grinned before resuming his precious food.
"So how are you finding being a leader" Alan asked Sky as she sighed "It's pretty tough work being the one every one relies on and leading from the front you can't make to many mistakes" "Yeah tell me about it but thankfully I have help from my team mates" Alan looked across at Mitch devouring his food and Ania yelling at a group of guys hitting on her before sighing "Alright fine just one". Sky looked across at Tom and felt herself drawn more towards him now for how helpful and friendly he was towards his team leader Alan even though he would have preferred being the leader himself "He is one interesting person" she thought to herself smiling as Alan caught her staring out of the corner of his eye and smiled as well "Ah Tom my student you've done well sensei is pleased".
