Around a floating stadium in Aurora 3 billion ultimas were cheering as today was another tournament, in fact when Christian says the average planet of the population he refers to the first 200,000 ultimas as they have 30 thousands and maybe a little less but when we talk about the whole population is more of about 5 thousand being the average of the entire 3 billion population because a newly born Ultima is not just magically gonna get 1,000 to 10,000 years of cultivation, so the first 200,000 are the elites of the elites

Kirean sat in the sit infront of the 3 billion ultimas and said "the tournament will have an additional prize of deputy captain of the new fleet" as kirean said that a screen with a video of the new fleet in the port of New Haven appeared, everyone participating was beyond excited as typically deputy's were the elites now they have a chance to be a deputy and be eligible to be a new fleet captain later

The tournament started with the crazy stimulus of the reward all of the young adults gave they're all as the tournament comes to an end the winner was a new face her name was Alexis a 8ft tall lean ultima coincidentally the captain of the second fleet is one of adams prized disciples Sophia the winner of the tournament in the 100th year,Sophia has grown to be the strongest in tactics and strength only behind Jared and Adam in the military as such she has a lot of prestige with the soldiers with her capabilities and being one of the few to win the tournaments she's almost at Jared's level of prestige

Kirean was walking to the mother gate infront of his 100 meter tall statue with the five of his subordinates behind him "so what do you think about Alexis?" Said kirean as they teleported to New Haven, stepping out the star gate Adam said "she is just like Sophia but is less sharper and ferocious but she should pick it up after being her deputy" said Adam while the rest nodded while walking towards the docks on New Haven, reaching the docks you can see 33 ships big and small docked on a corner with over a million soldiers neatly standing on the docks waiting for them, as kirean and the others walk infront of the soldiers Sophia steps forward "we greet forefather!" As the Sophia said that the other soldiers also said it "we greet forefather!" Seeing this kirean nodded and stopped them and said to Sophia "are they used to flying the ships?" Hearing kirean words Sophia nodded " yes forefather it took a while but they are used to it even if we were not used to it we can learn on the way while the AI corrects our mistakes" said Sophia with extreme confidence as Alexis next to her was a little nervous she only had an hour or two to get familiar with the ship and get acquaintances with the crew and captain "good I like you confidence go and get ready for your first patrol" said Adam next to kirean as he already had the area where her fleet will patrol in his mind "yes high admiral" said Sophia as she turned around and started yelling orders to the robots and soldiers to start loading supplies as well as telling the crew to start warming up the ships as soon as they are full up on supplies they will go on they're first patrol, seeing all of this kirean and Adam couldn't help nod at the discipline she instilled in the soldiers then kirean turned to Adam and said "I think we need a naval academy we need crew that are ready to pilot and man a warship as soon as is needed with no additional training needed and we need to train officers and other ranks as we are bound to have more fleets" said kirean to Adam as Adam nodded as he had the same idea as it took Sophia's crew a whole year to get used to combat ready ships thats a whole year they could be patrolling and doing missions, seeing the 2nd fleet going farther and farther away from New Haven to do its first patrol kirean and the others went to the command center of New Haven

"Amber how has the research department been doing?" Kirean first asked amber "forefather we have finally surveyed our first planet a rocky world with no atmosphere it's our closest planet, the planet is just over 200 thousand miles is over double the size of Aurora we have been searching the minerals of the planets and I have to say the planet is stacked it has over dozens type of moon level resources with unimaginable amounts of asteroid level resources and a relatively rare planet metal called anti gravity metal like the name this metal is not affected by gravity we are researching more uses as this use is kinda lackluster but non the less it still has uses making stuff for consumers but no use for the military in fact it could be used to avoid the gravitational pull of some massive stars and things but in space the uses are only limited to that"said amber satisfied as the first planet surveyed was quite good with a lot of new resources kirean was also pleased as he turned to Christian "forefather the economy is still booming we have trillions of different type of coins in circulation and in the treasury we have billions of planet coins and trillions of other type of coins the continuous discovery of new resources in asteroids and the new rocky planet resources have made some ultimas buy all types of civilian ships to find some resources to mine" said Christian as he was also satisfied with the report as kirean heard it he asked "how much are our warships" hearing kirean Christian thought for a second then replied "if we put the resources into coins every carrier cost us close to 1 billion planet coins this mainly comes from wages because god metal is extremely cheap as they are in high availability no one would go out they're way to buy god metal so they are one of the cheapest metals in our market that's why we use them on everything battleships cost less as they don't have the one million soldiers on them so less wages they cost around 300 million planet coins while cruisers and destroys cost 100 to 50 million respectfully" said Christian kirean nodded and thought about it for a second then gave up the idea 'maybe later on' thought kirean as he looked at Amanda "forefather like Christian said we have gotten a ton of new resources we are pumping out beta and alpha bots and continuing to make civilian ships" said Amanda not at all embarrassed by her short report "forefather same as Amanda my report is short so I'll say it, we have finished the academy in New Haven but it's not getting used as it was built for species that couldn't handle the concentration of energy and gravity on Aurora" said will before kirean asked kirean nodded glad he had understanding subordinates
