Asked kirean to everyone as fighting wasn't the only part of the tournament it was the highlighted parts but they are parts for professions to compete "forefather they're are some good seedlings for being good fighters but need more training on being competent crew of ships" said Adam as the fighting skills of this tournament was pretty good "yeah forefather they're are some pretty good technical talents that could be trained to do core experiments without issue" said amber as everyone nodded as they too had some technical talents they like, as everyone was talking about they're favorite candidates the tournament came to an end as kirean gave out the prizes and continuing the tradition

Asked Gaia as everyone was more confused seeing everyone confused Kirean decided to tell them "the initiative protocol is what me and Gaia made it's practically a law in place to give fleets even more autonomy as the laws allows us to give a yearly amount of money to each fleet that the captains will use to pay wages they can also hire more crew and soldiers for theyre fleet aswell as allowing them to name they're fleet and allow them to customize the color of they're fleet captains can also use theyre resources and coins to build new ships, this allows us to not spend a lot of money on expanding each fleet and not manage each one of them as they will do it automatically the fleet naming and customization is to give crew and soldiers a sense of belonging to the fleets so they fight harder for them as morale is always a way to win wars" said kirean as everyone was stunned and then realized why Gaia asked if the economy can handle it because early on we are basically subsidizing the fleets but later on when the captains get a lot of money and resources this could save a lot of money "forefather we could even have commercials of the individual fleets that you can donate too and the ultimas that want to can choose theyre favorite fleet and donate some money"said Christian "maybe we can also sell merchandise of each fleet and the fleets get the money from the sales? The rest will have to be carried out by theyre fleets forefather so I recommend having some economical based ultimas to help on making money" said Christian then he widened his eyes as a incredibly crazy idea popped in his mind "forefather what if we made a virtual battle ground where the fleets will fight and whoever wins gets a battle ship or carrier this could be broadcasted across our solar system giving fleets fans of they're strategy and tactics and looks making theyre merchandise sell and getting more donations" said Christian as everyone listening to his brainstorming was practically shocked and numb as he just said a whole lot of amazing ideas including the virtual fleet tournament kirean was also shocked as this would allow fleets to get popularity and money and too expand without much money needed from the state it was perfect "forefather this plan is excellent I would love to go with it a fleet tournament will hone our fleets in space battles when they're is no war" said Adam as he loved these ideas as it will strengthen the navy everyone else nodded as they never saw the fleets in combat and would love to see it "forefather we have virtual reality equipment as it was created when some martial masters wanted to experience the feeling of animals in the wild so they made a game where you play a wild animal and you have to survive in the cruel animal world so we can have a virtual reality machine ready in a short time ready to start the tournament and hold billions of spectators to watch live" said amber as this was an interesting research topic for her everyone nodded as they would be able to see the fleets up close and battle
